English? I seriously can't understand the question.
|
so this is kinda wierd but is it normal or half of my vagina to be numb at random times....like i will be doing nothing and all of a sudden it will just have no feeling? (link)
|
It could be the way you're sitting...a nerve could be getting pinched. Try noticing how you sit when it happens. If it happens no matter how you're positioned, I'd ask a doctor.

15/f. ever since I was about 2 years old, I had the horrible habit of sucking on my lower lip. It just used to go automatically in my mouth...and I would suck on it until my dad or mom told me to stop. Now, as I'm turning 16 soon, I still do it. It's like..uncontrollable. Well, now I have a problem. As I check myself in the mirror, I notice a white spot on my lip..( on the the inside of my mouth ) my mom told me it's like a ...like the opposite of a blood clot, I guess...and that that part of my lip could fall off. Is there any way to get rid of this habit and to save my lip? lol
Thanks.. (link)

Maybe if you chew gum or suck on a mint to keep your mouth busy it could help.

Well...for one of my BFs birthdays (mid 20s) they were having this cool exhibit at a science museum in boston. It wasn't like nerd central, it was actually fun. I drove him out there for the day, we spent half the day at the museum, then walked around the city and had dinner at a nice restaurant and headed home. And have the ice cream cake waiting patiently for you in the freezer. It was nice for a day trip if you're looking for something one on one.
|
i ordered for the magazine like.. a couple days into the beginning of july. i paid 10 bucks to the company, because it was a special offer and i'd get this cool bag and 1-2 years of teen vogue. now, about 3-4 weeks later, i still havent gotten it yet! HELP! or is this supposed to happen? how long does it take to come? it says its a back to school issue, so wouldn't i get it around now? (link)
|
Usually with mail order offers (i.e. the bag) it's 6-8 weeks, but I would think that the magazine would've gotten there by now. Try calling their toll free number.

why do people straighten naturally straight hair?
& what's the best flat iron for that purpose?
can you give me a brand, price, & location?
i'd prefer if it was smallish, 'cause i don't have a lot of room in my bathroom and i'll only being using it for a few strands of hair. (link)
|
Some people with naturally straight hair use it just at the ends to make them stick-straight or to reduce frizz. Others use it to add shine or sleekness to dull hair. I have heard that Rusk makes a good flat iron that has ceramic plates (doesn't damage the hair as much). But they're quite expensive (probably close to $75) unless you can find them in a TJmaxx or Marshalls type store.

my boyfriend's bithday is in 3 months & he is already asking me about my plans.i'm not able to make any plan because i don't have any idea.pls help me out. (link)

It's hard to suggest without knowing how old he is or what he's into. Is he the outgoing party type, or the stay at home and watch a movie type?

basically i'm overweight.
i need to loose 10-12lbs to be healthy.
what diet should i go on?
i want to loose it by before school starts. so around August 31st - after labor day.
(link)
|
If you want to lose the weight healthily and you want it to stay off, you need to concentrate on not losing it all before school starts. That's not enough time to lose that much and maintain it. If you concentrate on getting 30 minutes of exercise everyday and limiting your portions of food, you should be able to do that in 2 months. Try weight watchers. Their program is really great when it comes to actually living in the real world and trying to lose weight. And you don't have to be embarrassed to go to the meetings, either. Everyone's there for the same reason. And hey, think about it positively: You're trying to change yourself for the better and get healthy. That's admirable.
Does that help?

Three years ago I was laid off from my art directors job
in a design studio, which I gave ten years dedication to.
So for the past three years I've been freelancing and balancing
another creative job different from graphic design. Last year I
decided to join two placement agencies who focus on creative
jobs such as graphic design. The two agencies have given
me freelance jobs, but not enough to keep me busy every week.
Sometimes I don't get work for a week. Which leaves me in a
financial hardship. So I've been relying on loans to get me by
inbetween slow times. Well eventually I have to pay these loans
monthly on top of my mortgage payment and other bills. My
head is spinning around what I should do. I don't really want to
sell my home it's the only investment I have. If I do sell my home
I'll be able to payoff all the loans and bills. I don't really want to file for bankruptsy and if I do I don't know anything about it.
I need advice what I should do. (link)
|
I am actually in a semi-similar boat...I graduated a few years ago with a degree in creative advertising. And jobs, as you know, are extremely few and far between in the industry. I also have not been able to find any long-term employment and have been relying on freelance work and honestly a bit of charity too. I would say if you're really serious about not losing your house, look for an office job to tide you over. Still keep the freelance work on the side, and continue to look for other opportunities in your field. But in the mean time, look for something outside your field. It'll give you more flexibility in the long run when trying to cope with bills and mortgages and the inevitable unexpected expenses we all have.
Hope that helps! and Good luck!

i want a small tattoo, about an inch or a little more below my pinky toe. is it really that bad? i do understand what permanent means. i'll have it forever, until the day i die, it's never leaving, etc. it's going to be really small. i also know i'm young and you probably think my mind isn't develpoed enough or something but it is. i fully understand it's gonna be there forever.
it's also just going to be really simple. i was thinking about a star or a peace sign, or a bow. like mostly the star becasue when i'm 18 i want to get stars up the side of my stomach. but i'm just not sure yet. what do you think about those ideas? any you want to suggest?
oh and please don't say no tattoo artist will tattoo you even with consent. my stepdad is best friends with a guy who does tattoos [he's doing my other 14 year old friend tattoo soon] and ofcourse i'll have consent [if my parents will allow me] one time i did have permission and i asked my mom seriously? like 10 times and she said yeah then she changed her mind, and i asked her agin yesterday and she said we'll talk. i'm good at persuading and i really want this. i loveee tattoos.
overall just give me all your oppinions, ideas, any experiences, designs, etc.
thank you so muchhhh =] and yeah sorry for being a little long. =] (link)

I know you want it, but don't do it. I wanted one when I was 14, too. Something small and VERY inconspicuous. And it never really panned out...my mom said yes, my dad said no. We even went so far as to check out some local places and get prices. Now, I am soooo glad I didn't get it. You may think you know what permanent is, and so did I when I was your age. And believe me, I'm not an uptight old woman who thinks tattoos are gross. I actually think they're quite beautiful. But I really would wait until you're at least 18. It'll put things into perspective a little more.
The other reason I say wait is because your other friend is getting one. It sounds to me that you're not getting it for the right reasons...tattoos are about individuality, not following the crowd.
I know it's not what you want to hear, but that's my honest opinion from someone who almost got one, and now is very glad I didn't.

Ok well my dad just bought this new phone U300
(Dont like that phone>=O) lol anyways well it has USB i connected it and and installed it and all but i dont know how to put songs on it anyone know how ? (link)
|
If you go to my computer it should show all of your drives (like your C drive, any CD or DVD rom drives). There should be an icon for your phone among the other drives (it will treat the phone like a storage device, just as if you plugged in a usb thumb drive). You just open the icon for the phone and there should be folders for audio video graphics etc. You can just copy and paste whatever you want into each respective folder.
At least thats how every cell I've encountered works.
Good luck!

okay so my parents started talking to me about careers and stuff but i have like no idea what i want to do. i love fashion [especially tokyo street fashion], but i don't want to be a designer, i was thinking maybe like a magazine journalist for fashion but i don't know. what are some jobs that have to do with fashion? and like do you know any websites where you can take a test that shows you what careers are good for you? and maybe one that gives you information on differnet careers?
i've tried googling it but everytime it's some stupid thing that you have to like pay for or it doesn't give me the information i'm looking for.
thank you sooo much! =] (link)
|
If you're also into writing, I'd say that journalism might be a good idea. But you have to be prepared to do lots of research and even more writing. And, most schools do not do specific magazine writing programs, so be prepared to do a broad overview of journalism in general, with some more focused classes later on as an upperclassman in college. Plus fashion magazines are VERY competitive when it comes to finding a job.
Fashion merchandising is an area you might be interested in - it's all about manufacturing items, buying, selling, marketing. And I know it's probably not what you had in mind in the long run, but many retail stores have sales associate positions where you can get a taste of merchandising. Even for a first job, you might want to check it out, to see if you're really interested in the buying/selling dynamics of fashion.
Hope that helps!

In the trailer for the movie, "Across the world" I think it was called.
It was on The View today. lol.
What song is palying.
It goes something like, "To make it better better better." (link)

I have no idea if it's the one your thinking of, but perhaps Regina Spektor "Fidelity". It's a semi-new song.

Ok, I've heard about the guy who drove his car across America on fryer oil. My question is, what did he have to do to the oil before he put it in his car?
Thanks (link)
|
They sell waste grease conversion kits for diesel cars online. But the fryillator oil needs to be filtered quite a bit. I don't believe it harms the engine as long as you have one of these kits. Just putting the oil in a regular diesel engine, though, I wouldn't recommend.

Someone please tell me how I can make my story better[its based on my life, so I don't want to lie about anything]
http://www.buddy4u.com/view/?u=storyytimee
Thanks so much! Leave reviews too. (link)
|
I would say go into more detail about the important events. How you felt, how it smelled, the weather, what you were wearing...I mean, relevant things, but details always make stories more interesting and easier to relate to.
And watch your use of the word 'but.' Try some other connectors or prepositions to structure your sentences - such as: after, before, except for, on, since, throughout, toward. It gives sentences more movement and interest.
Good start!

how can i get my dad to quit smokeing!?
hes been smoking for about 13 years
and im realy scared to loose him, since i just lost my aunt because of lung cancer.
(link)
|
Sit down and have a conversation with him, and don't be afraid to tell him flat out "I don't want you to die." Tell him you want him to be there at your graduation/wedding/birth of grandkids. I'm not saying to cry and plead just for the show of it all, but most people respond to a passionate argument. It is never too late to quit. Find something you two can do together that will take his mind off smoking - which also includes lowering stress.
I'm sure its in the back of his mind anyway if you just lost a family member to lung cancer. He's just scared to do anything about it. Like a lot of people, he'll just ignore it and hope that it'll fix itself. Its a big pain to quit, but the rewards you get from quitting overshadow the struggle it took to get there.

Ok so im redoing my room. I want to get a new bed set. So i went online and picked out 3. Which one should i get?
#1- http://www.wakeupfrankie.com/ensemble.asp?ensemble_id=127#viewer
#2- http://www.wakeupfrankie.com/ensemble.asp?ensemble_id=168#viewer
Or #3- http://www.wakeupfrankie.com/ensemble.asp?ensemble_id=66#viewer
Please just give me your opinion. I really like all three. Thanks ;) (link)

#3 definitely. It's interesting without being overly complicated. I think it's the one that you'll be least tired of after seeing it every day. I'm a sucker for polka dots though. :)

So I've been cleaning out my closet lately and getting rid of some things. I found the Millenium Barbie Doll (Still in her box) and about three cartons of Beanie Babies (all from about 1996-2000)They all still have the tags and are in pretty good condition. I'd love to sell them to a collector and get money for them, but I don't know how to find out how much they are worth. Should I wait a decade or so until they are even more valuable? Where could I find out how much they are worth? What would be a good web site to sell them on (don't suggest ebay because that's pretty obvious)? (link)
|
Yes, obvious, but e-bay could give you a good idea on what similar items are going for. If you didn't want to sell them on e-bay, take them to an antiques and collectibles appraiser. Try the yellow pages, and ask for some references (so you don't get ripped off).

Last time I was on here I asked a sex question and the Admin told me I couldn't ask it on this forum. Because of that I'm not sure if I will get an answer to this question but I need to ask anyway. I've no where else to turn.
I'm a 17/m and because of recent events I am at the crossroads of a potentially life changing decision. I'm a virgin. I've never been kissed or even so much as held hands. I've been on one date my whole life but I don't really count it because the girl didn't like me at all. I am an only child and live alone with my mother and father. I don't have many friends because I live in a small town and don't go to school or have a job (long story). I really never meet any girls for the same reason, but hopefully that will change when I start college in the winter. Anyway, my parents are leaving town in a few weeks and I have $200 in my bank account. I have been thinking of using this opportunity to hire and escort. I can't stand being a virgin anymore because I feel like a complete loser, but if the only sex I've ever had would be paid for I wouldn't exactly feel like the coolest guy ever either. I don't know what to do. Please help. (link)
|
Wait wait wait until the right person comes along. Trust me. It's difficult at times, but if you meet an honest and open person who loves you for who you are, it will be worth all the crap you're going through now. Don't let sex be the end all of your life. You'll regret hiring an escort.
Have you tried meeting people online at all? Worked for me...(small town, shy, little dating experience). That way there's no pressure if it doesn't work out.
