Well a very good suggestion for me, is to do excersises every night for about 30 minutes. Cause you dont want to over-do your body. I dont mean like jumping jacks or something. maybe like stretching, leg lifts, sit ups. you get what I mean. another suggestion is to try and make yourself NOT to buy any candy, or junk food. so keep that in mind. heh, and keep something in mind. Dont try and wear tight clothing.. >_<

hey..i am fat too, but there is one thing that helps me.. i do sit-ups and it makes ur stomach smaller but you have to keep doing it or it all comes back. You can also eat healthy foods like fruits and vegtables. try to stick with healthier foods and see if that makes a difference for you. hopefully this helps!!

just eat healthy, eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day &don't forget to eat your proteins, carbs, etc., &then EXERCISE. go running&stuff. it's only healthy to lose 2 - 3 pounds per week, so it'll take 4-5 weeks. just eat right&exercise.

If you want to lose the weight healthily and you want it to stay off, you need to concentrate on not losing it all before school starts. That's not enough time to lose that much and maintain it. If you concentrate on getting 30 minutes of exercise everyday and limiting your portions of food, you should be able to do that in 2 months. Try weight watchers. Their program is really great when it comes to actually living in the real world and trying to lose weight. And you don't have to be embarrassed to go to the meetings, either. Everyone's there for the same reason. And hey, think about it positively: You're trying to change yourself for the better and get healthy. That's admirable.

Does that help?
