yourrtrustyhelpline answered Friday August 3 2007, 3:19 pm: just eat healthy, eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day &don't forget to eat your proteins, carbs, etc., &then EXERCISE. go running&stuff. it's only healthy to lose 2 - 3 pounds per week, so it'll take 4-5 weeks. just eat right&exercise. are_you_fracturing answered Friday August 3 2007, 3:18 pm: If you want to lose the weight healthily and you want it to stay off, you need to concentrate on not losing it all before school starts. That's not enough time to lose that much and maintain it. If you concentrate on getting 30 minutes of exercise everyday and limiting your portions of food, you should be able to do that in 2 months. Try weight watchers. Their program is really great when it comes to actually living in the real world and trying to lose weight. And you don't have to be embarrassed to go to the meetings, either. Everyone's there for the same reason. And hey, think about it positively: You're trying to change yourself for the better and get healthy. That's admirable.
