I was obbsessed with this guy for like 6 months. I just got over liking him but my one of my best friends told me she went to a party and asked him to slow dance and they danced together 3 times. When she told me this i was speechless even though i stopped liking him. I am kinda mad that she danced with him-or i think i'm mad. I am 16 years old weigh 115 lbs and im 5'4". Well I was trying on homecomming dresses at my friends house But every dress I tried on I felt soooo fat or shall I say I LOOKED so fat! I was about to cry but I couldnt cry infront of everyone. Homecomming is in about 1 month and a half away. Should I go on a diet or should I just tell my friends I cant go. My friends would be sooo mad at me if they find out im not going because I never been to a dance before. Its NOT as easy as you think it is. I been thinking about it day in and day out. it doesnt seem like you need a diet, you weight is fine but maybe u have some extra stomach flab. to get rid of that do 200 crunches a day and DO NOT eat junky foods or drink soft drinks...by homecoming u will look GREAT

its not wrong at all to not be experienced...and if you feel like you dont live up to his old girl friends then tell him that. explain that u feel that way and that you arent ready for sex yet. if he trully cares about you then he wont be mad and he will understand...

the best thing for you to do is call an OBGYN. they wont tell your mother if u are sexually active, but they can help you find out what is wrong. It could be very serious and if i were you i wuldnt take any chances. i would tell my mom or i would call a doctor to find out what is wrong.

hi, does anyone know i good shoe to wear for tennis? i bought some wilson brand tennis shoes and you'd think they would be good but they leave white marks on the courts and when i run fast to get a ball and stop my foot goes foward and my toes get squished and now my two big toenails are killing me from playing 7 hours of tennis today! please help i dont want this to happen again-i have tennis tomorrow! my feet are in so much pain! i play tennis and i wear K-Swiss court shoes. they are WONDERFUL. they have arch supports and they really cushion my feet...what u want to do is find a pair that is EXACTLY right, w.o much of a gap between ur toe and the top..and wear socks that have grips on the bottom...and everything works out great

well what you can do is explain to him that u wuld like for him to act a little more mature....and explain what a great friend he is to you and how much it wuld hurt iffu lost him...and tell him that u wuld rather not go out but he is one of the GREATEST friends u have ever had...hopefully he will understand :)

aww...heres what happened...u didnt put it in all the way...you have to make sure u get the WHOLE aplicator in there...and then u push it up and make sure it is WAY in there...it isnt supposed to stick out at all...and if u do let it stick out then it will fall out...
and yeah u can wear tampons wen doing any physical activity...they are comfortable and great leak protectors...so yeah its fine

well sweetie...are u for sure u arent pregnant? cuz it sounds to me like u have an EXTREMELY high chance of bein pregnant...you havent had your period for 2 mnths u are gettin mornin sickness...so u really need to find out if you are pregnant first...so if you have any older friends/sisters have them buy u a pregnancy test and then test yourself...and if u arent pregnant then ur good...but if u are...then come rite out and tell her the truth

well...here is my suggestion....to keep your secret from gettin out, just tell him that you do not have those type of feelings for him anymore. you dont have to say that you are attracted to women but you need yo break it off wit him before you lead him on to think that you still have feelings for him ..i hope i helped :)
