Well, I think you should focus on a different guy, like get him into your mind and think of why he's so good. [ NOT YOUR CRUSH ].
Your crush might be mean to you because he likes you. It's like 1st grade love, where they're mean to you. If so, get people to ask him for you, they have to be close to him and he should trust them.
Maybe people didn't notice was because you were on a swing. But a real friend would know your crying and they would come and help, so try to forget that, or confront one of your friends, and tell them.

Well I like this guy and we knoe each other since kindergarden. I really like him. He's my best friend. BUT everyone keeps telling me that he likes this other girl. HELP!!! I'm afriad that If I ask him out He's going to say no. So how do I figure out that he likes me?? I'm so lost right now!!!!
First of all,
since he IS your best friend, he would be honest with you and WHEN you ask him WHO HE LIKES.
if he says he doesn't like the girl, then you should come out straight forward, and be like "good, because I like you" and hopefully he'd say the same thing, if not then you too should talk it out, one on one. If he does like the girl, you SHOULD, AND WILL tell him you like him anyway.

a)she's really moody

When a guy has you alone, but with parents around, they normally get shy because
a) they don't know if you like him
b) maybe he's really nervous with you around, cause he likes you..
You should tell him straight forward.
That would be the best thing, if it does effect your friendship, you and him should sit down, just you and him, and talk about it.

Tell her you're at her house to hang out with her, not listen to her talk on the phone with him, and if she doesn't get it, tell her she doesn't have enough time to hang out with you, and just explain how you feel to her.

I am going to this dance. It's semi-formal like girls are all getting dresses and guys wear shirts and ties. But I have no clue what to do with my hair. My hair is like 2 inches below my sholders, blonde, and little layers. I have long side bangs. Does anyone know a good hair style that I can get done (I'm going to my hairdresser and she will do it) I don't want anything to much though
you should put it up into a loose, but tied tightly bun. afterwards, you should curl the peices of hair hanging out of he bun. for your side bangs, i would straighten them!

Ok, There is this Boy that I like in My acting Class. and I think he likes me but I'm not sure.

Have you tried being his friend, and talking to him? Once you find out that you have some things in common, then you could flirt with him using that.

Well, he might be waiting for you to go up to him and start a conversation. I think you should. Just start with small talk, and if you have any classes together, talk about homework, or anything related to that class. You should most likey acted calm, but if he gets to weird to talk to, just say "hey your weirding me out" and then ask him to stop. I couldn't be sure, but you should TALK TO HIM, about it.

1. Eating healthy, and execrises daily is the best way to loose weight, but to loose it fast, try Green Tea Pills, I heard there like the green tea drink, but better.

There are tons of thing's that i regret, But i'm trying to move past them, it seems impossible and i don't really know what i'm doing anymore..help.
Well, I think that talking about them would help a TON. Even though you're probably scared someone might take it the wrong way, but you should. It always feels better when I take about my thing. You should talk to your parents, or a really close friend that you could trust. If they take it the wrong way, or you don't feel better, you could consult professional help.
