16 year old female/5'4" 100 lbs.
i recently started being a vegan and this is what i usually have daily:
breakfast - a bowl of kashi high fiber/high protein cereal with fat free soy milk
lunch - a banana and some strawberries or an apple and some grapes
dinner - brocolli and cauliflower or carrots and asparagus
snack - watermelon or applesauce
is this balanced enough? do you think i will see weight loss or gain or maintain my weight? (link)

well i think with a vegan diet you should have more meals bc they are organic foods your eating. So there is less fats ans sugars. Personally im a vedgetarian and its easy to loose track of what your eating so eating alot of healthy foods is good. But make sure you take protine pills !!

Usually its only givin to babys but i have seen it work for adults too, its crazy !!
heat up a glass of milk and drink the warm milk and it will make you fall asleep in no time.

i was thinking with thick hair and medium length you could do with your hair pushed back with a stylish, solid color headband with the rest of your hair in thick curls, not spiraly but big with some bright res lipstick and a cute little dress or some funky straightlegs with a busy shirt that matches well.

okay so im a 16/f and i think i like my best friend that i've known since i was 4. and we use to play soccer together and we went to elementry and middle school together. lol and we might hangout soon at the mall. but im not sure what to say to him or if i should tell him that i like him. what should i do? help!!! Well i know how it feels because i used to like my best friend, i told him and he didnt change. he said he kinda liked me back too. but we decided it was akward and we are still best friends. That was last summer. I think you should tell him. i hope it works out !!

I do have boobs. But they are really small. And I have bras that make my boobs look bigger. But I want to know how to make my boobs look bigger in a swim suit. But I have a one piece not a two piece. So i asked my mom for a two piece because they come with padding. but she said no. how can i make my boobs look bigger in a one piece bathing suit? (link)

you can get stray padding that you can put in your bathingsuit. Or in some places, stores, you can find some really nifty one pices that come with padding.

well if you get on aim on your cell phone then it wont go away. its only there because those people under mobil devices are the people that show up on aim on your cell phone.

I am 14 and this guy that I like is 17, we both like each other but everyone keeps telling us that it is too weired for the ages too be together what do you all thing it is only 3 years. Im going to be a freshman next year and he will be a senior. So are our ages too far apart? (link)

if you like him alot then age doesnt matter. but once he turns 18 it might be a problem. If you are still dating the law will get in the way, it says anyone over 18 being with someone under the age of 18 is called molesting, if you kiss or anything. but i think you will be fine :)

I just lost my only two friends, and I don't have a boyfriend. So now i truly am alone in the world. (i always have felt that way but now it's 100 times worse)
These ppl where the only two "friends" i ever had, because i can't/don't want to make friends with anyone. THEY initiated this "friendship".
How can I handle this?

It will be fine eventually. i felt the same exact wa only like a month ago. Even my family didnt want me. i was at the point were i was cutting myself. If you are a sweet, outgoing person, then in no time you will gain a bunch of friends. i have a bunch of friends because i broke out of my shell and i was fun and i got involved in church and made a bunch of new friends. So no matter what situation, always look forward. Theres no way but up from here :)

I have this friend, let's call him "Denis". We've been really good friends for quite some time. People are of divided opinion about us; a third of them think we're brother and sister, another third thinks that we're a cute couple, and the last third wants to kill me for being close to him(sadly, he has a fanclub, which he remains oblivious to).
I've come to realize, about a year or so ago, that I love him. And, I think the feeling could be reciprocated. People have told him to "Stop flirting with (me), and answer my question", causing him to shut up, and if I didn't know better, I would say he was blushing. And sometimes he stares me in the eyes for a long time, goes to say something, but stops before he does. He's a really sweet guy.
The thing is, his parents are divorced. And recently he found out that he is going to move in with his dad. His dad lives on the other side of the country. Three timezones away. I'm at a loss of what to do. Should I tell him how I feel and hope for the best. Risking breaking our friendship if he doesn't feel the same way. Or should I just keep quiet, and just hope that I'll eventually get over him? Key word: eventually.

it seems like this is a "time can cure all" case.
I think instead of putting yourself in agony by restraining your feelings for him is wrong. I think little by little you should tell him, not to bluntly... but not to meekly.Make sure its the right time to tell him. I mean not like when your talking on the phone. this is a face to face deal. i hope it all works out

I'm beyond frustrated. Shopping never does me any good when it comes to style choices because I feel like I don't know myself or what I'm willing to wear at this point. Can anyone give me some at home projects I can do myself to make my own clothing and accessories? I would prefer if it were something that didn't require me to go to a craft store. i do this thing with my pants that are old i take them and recreate them. in the knee part of my jeans i rip one side and like rub it with a little knife and it gets totally cute. or you can like take an old pair and patch it once with a cute fabric from a skirt or something that you dont fit anymore. ALso you can take some old jeans and splatter som paint on it. its totally trendy and you could be a fore front in your area !

oka im really confuse i like this guy right, which is my friend brother and just the other day he found out that i like him. well you dont want to show that you care that he knows. Because he will probably get cocky. I can't tell if he likes you but he was totally showing HUGE signs of flirtation. If you feel comfortable, maybe you should ask your friend what she thinks about him liking you. I cant tell if he does bc i dont know him. But he is totally flirting with you from what i heard

well you dont want to overprice the amount per hour but you dont want to make it so little that you end up with barley anything in your pocket by the end of the sitting. Yeah you should probably add a dollar for an extra kid. so for like 2 kids it would be reasonable for like 9.50 an hour.

I'm leaving for the beach Friday, and will arrive and the beach Saturday evening. I'm excited, but there's a downer- I just started my period. Normally they last about five days, so I'd only be on it until Sunday, which isn't too bad. (But I haven't ever used tampons.) Are there anything I can do to make my period end quicker, preferably before or on Saturday? I've tried Google, but nothing really helped. (link)

when i have a sudden period like right before something that periods get in the way of, what i do is i excersize and it usually makes the period go by quicker, but if that doesnt work then you can try urinating more often to get most of the menstration out.

I'm looking for some good songs to listen to when I'm working out. So obviously, they should be fairly fast and upbeat.
I listen to rock and soft metal/hair metal. I REALLY like stuff from the 80s like Guns N Roses, Poison, Kiss, Led Zeppelin. My favorite bands are usually 10 or 20 years old, but I like a few new bands.
So does anyone know any good rock songs I can work out to?
No Rap. No Pop. No girly stuff. And I like SOME emo, but not a lot.

I'll tell you something. First days are always scary. But by the end of the day, if you remain likeable and fun then you will be satisfied. And remember there are a bunch of other kids that will be in the same situation as you. So scope em out and it'll be no sweat. Its happened to me. I mean, my first day was awesome bc i was approached by tons of people that were super friendly. So i hope the best for you

All you need to know about counsellors is that you can tell them anything. i mean they dont talk much and they cant repeat anything that you tell them. So dont be nervous just go with the flow man.
