Hey, my friend is going to go to a july 4th party tonight and theres gonna be weed and alcohol there... she said she doenst want to go, or smoke, but she says she'll drink though. She says she has to go because she promised her friends... im just worried about her.. what can i say to her?? I just dont want her to go.

I have always had a problem with friends. I used to have some reallygood friends but we had a huge fight and we aren't friends anymore. Right now I have only like 7 friends but only two really close ones. My question is how can I make some more close friends? I am going to be in highschool there and people keep telling me well you can make more friends in highschool and stuff. There is one problem though...I live in a small town with only one junior high that goes into te highschool. I basically already know everyone.Where do you think I could meet friends outside of school?

Ok, so I've liked this girl for a long time, and during the beggining of the school year she also liked me (I didn't know it back then). Now, she's going out with one of my friends, but we still talk a lot. She also keeps on asking me who I like (A lot!) Every time she says that though, I just ward it off by saying something else. Okay then, last year I noticed this really really hot guy in my school, and told my friends about him and such, and I decided he was the hottest guy in the school and it became this sort of joke but not really a joke between us, just a thing to talk about. Well, one of my friends talks to him a bit now, and the other day (oh yeah, I never had talked to him, he doesnt even know I exist, hes a senior I'm a sophmore but my older sister DID tell him I thought he was the hottest guy in school) my friend was standing with him and said "TIA! This is Josh" ANd I flipped bc she wasnt introducing but making obvious something was up. So I didnt know what to do and so I just walked over and told him he was the hottest guy in the whole school. Do you think I might have freaked him out or flattered him or anything? Because I definatly didnt want to do that it was just a more spur-of-the-moment thing and I cant believe I said it.

Of course, if he wasnt freaked out (aka if it would freak you guys out) then would you think now that I know him it would be okay to sort of try to become friends with him. I dont want a relationship or anything, just friendship. Or would that be ... awkward?

it really depends... bc like for me its easy to talk to guys. Yeah they are just easy to talk to. But if he like smiles at you ALOT and just teases you then he probably likes you. Alot of guys do that though so you possibly ask around like his friends..

My cousin julie is coming over in a few weeks and we are planing on having, well lets say fun. I have allready had fun, but i want my friends to do it. Alex is def. coming to try it, and i really want krissy to come, but i also want ina to come try it. Ina usually tells her cousin everything, and krissy dosnt want he cousin knowing about this. so krissy said if ina gos, she wont. I feel like im going to be so left out this summer. I want to go to the pool so badly but I'm afraid no one will want to go with me. I dont have many people on my street that are my age, so yeah..And Im just afraid and I dont want to have anyone over and I feel like people can invite me but I cant invite them. I dont know why.
