My guess would be that she is wearing a whole lot of black mascara and eyeliner on both her bottom and top lashes and lids. It also seems that she is wearing a cream-based gray shimmery eye shadow, and maybe a lighter (white-ish) shadow of the same cream-base closer to the top, under her brow (blended in of course with the gray).

Well, white of course would always look good. For something a little more colorful, I'm picturing it with a light blue shirt. Red would look good too! Or even green, or maybe purple- any color really, as long as it's not too dark. It's best though that there isn't any prominent pattern, because it may clash with the paisley pattern on the tie. I have not cut my hair in 9 years. It is down to my behind. and yes, it is a bit unhealthy and has split ends, but it is really pretty (strawberry blond, fine) and I feel it is my best asset. Lately i have had the temptation to cut it because then I could just get out of the shower and not have to brush it or anything. that and my boyfriend of 3 years really wants to see it short. I do not want a trim and I hate shoulder-length hair, so it would have to be all or nothing. If I did I think I would choose the haircut that is chin length in front and shorter in back. I really just don't know?! Keep my long hair and with it the hassle...or chop it and forget the hassle, but possibly regret it and be depressed?!

I personally wouldn't make such a drastic change myself- it would drive me crazy if I chose to chop it all off (that's almost 2 feet of hair, right?) and then I didn't like the way it looked or felt. I'd suggest to cut it to a length between what you have now and shoulder length. Try cutting it to the middle of your back- that way it would still be long enough that you wouldn't feel like it was too short, but it would hopefully be short enough to make your boyfriend happy.

As an added note, if you decide to not cut it at all, you really should still get a trim. It wouldn't be more than an inch or so, which would barely be any shorter looking, but it would make your 9-year-old ends look much nicer. C:

Braids most definitely will not make your hair look like that; they'll turn it crimpy, crinkly, and frizzy. I gather that's not the look you're aiming for. :P

Ok well i have curly, poofy-ish hair.

it's golden brown, and long-ish.

I think that you should try straightening it. If it's the poofy-ness that bothers you, then straightening will definitely help. If you like the way it looks when you straighten it, continue straightening and get layers. But if you don't want to keep on straightening, then don't get layers- they will make your poofy hair even poofier. I would suggest talking with your hair-stylist to see what she thinks would look best on you. It could also help to look through magazines (some magazines are completely dedicated to hair styles) and finding a few looks that you would like, then take those with you for your hair appointment, and discuss with your stylist which would look best on you. I would probably go with brown eyeshadow. Brown can look really classy and pretty, and goes with anything. Maybe a dark brown on your eye line, either with eyeshadow or eyeliner. Then, light brown up to your crease, and cream up to your browbone if you want something up there. Also, wear a pretty peachy-pink blush, and red jewel-tone lipstick. Hope I helped!

Well, American Eagle definitely has some cute one pieces-that was what I was gonna reccommend until you mentioned that. You can also get cute one pieces at Kohl's, Target, and Walmart. You can also get them at places like Costco or Sam's if you have a membership there. Hope I helped!

I'm going to a party next saturday and buying an outfit next monday.
I havn't been to a party in ages and havn't got anything to wear!
I want to get a casual, fashionable mini dress. I don't want it to be too glam, but casual. And I'd like something that I can put with other casual accessories, like ankle boots, tights and a jacket or something.

I don't like wearing a lot of makeup. I usually only have time to wear a little eyeliner on my bottom lid because I run late every morning, lol. But I wanted to know some good makeup because I would like to get some good stuff. I don't mind spending a bit, I'll save up if I have to. But I want it to look natural, and I'd like to focus mainly on eyes. People have suggested Clinique? What would you recommend?

I'll tell you what I use, and see if it helps at all. I don't really have the same complexion as you, but most products come in different colors to satisfy different skin tones.
Eyes: I like Maybelline eye shadow, but not the pastel colors as much, because they tend to look like I sprinkled powdered sugar on my eyes. The browns and darker colors are really nice though, and those would probably look better with olive skin. For mascara, I use Avon, which I'm pretty sure you can only get from the website or from suppliers who sell it on their own. Still, I like Covergirl mascara, too. For eye liner, I use Covergirl liguid pemcil, but if you wanted a normal pencil they have those too.
Face: I use Maybelline blush and Maybelline powder. I don't actually wear foundation, because I don't like the way it feels, but I guess any place has okay foundation.
I guess I've covered everything. Lips doesn't really matter, pick something that you like the color of and would look good on you. Hope I helped!

I would like to dye my hair light blonde, however, right now I have loreal color mousse in my hair, the color is chill plum(this is for like 12 shampoos or w/e, I heard it can go longer). My natural color is medium- dark brown.
Should I wait till the purple comes out to dye my hair, or can I dye it without it looking bad?

Definitely wait until the purple is washed out. If you die your hair blonde when its purple, it could end up being a pretty gross color =]
