this is going to sound really wierd, but do you know hannah montana's hair? she has like very loose curls and such and i was wondering if anyone knows how i can get them. i have REALLY thick hair and its guess you could say medium length. i have used hot rollers but they never seem to stick. thanks
I have thick hair as well, in order to get that look it's going to take a lot of time. Straighten your hair with a hot iron, and then use a big curling iron. The straigthening will make your hair a lot thinner, and easier to handle. Then get a big curling iron and curl the ends, or the entire head. The run your fingers through the curls. It will make them loose and fun. Also purchase a straightening product or shinning product from the drug store, so your hair isn't frizzy and dry. Garnier Frutis has lots of products along those lines. Also spend time looking at reviews for different straighteners and curling irons. CHI is a fabulous brand of hair straighters but they are very pricey 100-300$. The good thing about those straighters is that if it breaks they send you a brand new one, so you are garenteed a straighter for life! And it doesn't fry your hair as much as some do. Curling irons vary, in price but find one that is large, and you can make big curls with! Good luck! :)

Well some things to think about are you want it down so it doesn't look like you have no hair, also you don't want it to much in your face, and you don't want your hair frizzy. So you could consider bobby pinning one side up, and take some frizz creme when you go to get your pictures taken. Just pour some on your hands and rub your palms together, then just run your hands through you hair! Good luck! :) Hope your pictures turn out great!

My hair is really dry and damaged.
I straighten it everyday.
I know that ruins the hair and everything, but if I don't, it's VERY poofy/frizzy and just looks awful.

I deffiantly know what your dealing with. I straighten my hair everday as well. I use the Garnier Frutis shampoo and conditioner. Go to the drugstore and look at the different products. Thermasilk is a good product. But there are tons of products in the stores that help reduce the dry hair. Garnier Frutis has several and those really work. Anything you buy will help. If your swimming alot in a chlorinated pool put the product in your hair before you swim. It will help alot. Also maybe look at a different straightener. I have a CHI and that works fantasic and it doesn't dry out the hair as much. It's very pricy but if the straighter ever breaks you send it back and they will give you a new one. Also in the drug stores they sell shampoos for dry damaged hair and that will help. There is also a treatment to help dry hair, it's like a face mask but it goes on your hair. Those can cost from 15-100 dollars. They might sell those locally but the better kinds you need to buy online! Good luck! :)

well i think it's time for a change so i want to dye my hair. becuase right now i have like half grown out light brownish highlights and it looks like crap. my hair is about a medium brown, kind of long. it's boring me. i want like a brownish/reddish color (just a hint of red though. auburn maybe?) but anyway, i've never dyed my hair before so i really don't know where to start. basically i'm wondering what is the best product. i'm looking for something that's:
-easy to use
-natural
-not too harsh
-comes out evenly

Ok coming from experience dying your hair yourself is not the best thing. If you want to do it at home, and not pay the price of a professional then get a friend thats dyed there hair before (maybe even several times). Then go online and print pictures of the shade you want. Go to the drug store, or grocery store and take the pictures. Match the shade with the boxes. Most likely there will be several different companies with the same shade. If your friend is there you could ask her to help you look too. Garnier has cool shades and it isn't harsh. Revlon is also a great brand, and that comes out evenly. But if you want the best look then go to a hair dresser that you trust. Don't go to a cheap place. Usually they have a board of different hair samples and then you can pick your shade. Plus they will take the time on your hair and they've done it before! :) Good luck!: )

If you have side bangs than this look will be easier. If you don't already have a straightener buy one. Revlon is a good brand and it will work great, but it will stop working after only three months. I have a CHI which is pricy but I think it's worth it. Once you have one you have it for life, if it breaks or has any damage done to it you can send it in and they will give you a new one, plus it works great! Anyways once you get out of the shower start blowdrying your hair. You should buy some kind of creme, like Garnier Fruitis they sell lots of straightening products. Use that when your hair is wet. Then blow dry and immediatly following straighten. Use a large clip to hold up the hair, and do the straightening in sections not all at once. So the underneath, then a little more then a little more. The more you straighten the more straight it will be. So save time to do your hair. The makeup looks very heavy. It looks like she put liquid/pencil eyeliner on. And then used a black eyeshadow and brushed it in. Then she has almost white around her eyes and thats just an eyeshadow as well. Play around with it, the more you practice or mess around the easier it will become to do the hair and makeup. I recomend buying good quality makeup because the heavier you want you makeup the more damaging it is to your face. And the cheaper makeup tends to do alot of damage on faces, so I would go with the better quality. Maybelline or Covergirl are good brands! :) Good luck! :)

When you get out of the shower, by some kind of moose or curl shapers. Garnier Fruitis sells curling gels. When you get out of the shower you scrutch your hair (making a fist with your hair in your hand) then let it air dry. The curling gel should make it more wavy. Or the harder way, is straightening your hair, then curling iron it, then you pull a comb through the curls you've made and it becomes wavy! Good luck! :)

I'm totally clueless on what Hair Straightener to buy. My hair is wavy and it's in between thick and thin hair. My hair is healthy. I want a hair straightener that is at a good price too. My mother probably wouldnt buy me one if it was too expensive. Between $20-$40 is good. Please help me find a good hair straightener that isnt so expensive for my hair type. I dont plan on using it EVERY SINGLE DAY but more than once a week.

Ok my favorite kind of straighter is a revlon they are great and they don't burn out your hair! Only downside is I used my everday for about 3 months and then one day it just stop working, actually this has happend 3 times to me! But if you want a great working straightner even if it doesn't last long its great! It's about 30 dollars! Good luck! All of there straighters are good!

Hahaha thats the costume I wanted. Your not going to find it any cheaper unfortantly. There all around that price range. The cheapest sexy costume I can think of is a ballet leotard or a black full swimsuit put fishnet tights or just tights under neath and then you can buy bunny ears on most sites. Then you can add heels or whatever you want to do. That way you can customize your outfit! Or if your going to a party or something and your friends are going you could get everyone to dress up as Barbies. Someone be rockstar barbie, hockey barbie, shopping barbie, be creative. Then you just have to look for pink clothes and you can dress up as much as you want! :) Good lucK! :)

Haha I know how you feel! Well if your comfortable you could wear a tank top. And if you do this often enough your skin will even out. If you don't like wearing tank tops or a swimsuit then you could go to a tanning booth. Don't tan to much but within two sessions it should be fixed. Sunless tanner is risky, it all depends on the kind that you get. Many teen sites can recomend you the best kind. I've done lots of different kinds of sunless tanner and it's always made me look like an ompa lumpa and it would make my body completly streaky haha I'm not saying all the kinds are bad just be careful. But the bright side to sunless tanner is, that it is gone within a few days(usually). Good Luck! :)

Oh do I know how you feel! I have really curly hair, but anyways! Basic hair styles, I really like to put my hair in a half pony tail, it's really pretty and it's out of your face. You can also put clips in your hair like pulling it back. I recomend just playing with it, I'm not sure what your hair looks like, but if it's like mine I play around with it alot. You should get some clips, bobby pins, ect and just test a bunch of different styles, don't be afraid to do even the silly ones! Get to know your hair ;)! Haha Good luck! I hope I helped! Aww I really like that look! Anyways, you should deff go to a salon. Remember it won't ever look exactly like the picture, but it might look similar. They will probably dye your hair underneath. Then they will leave the top your natural color. I really wouldn't recomend doing it yourself, it's very hard to do if your not really experienced in cosmetolgy. I mean you can try, if you really want to then just buy from the store a much darker hair color than yours then pin the top layer of your hair up and then dye the underneath and get it away from your scalp area! I've dyed my hair at home and in a salon. My hair looked much better when somebody did it, perfessional hair stylist have really good dye, but when I did it at home it turned out pretty good. It's a really big mess, so be sure you have somebody who is experienced. Don't dye your hair anything to shocking, but yeah I think if your neighbor does it you should be great! I hope it works out! Right now I have the sunsilk shampoo, the dark blue one that's for when your hair gets poofy when it dries. That's not a major problem for me, so I don't want to get it next time. I want to get the purple one, that straightens "unwanted kinks or waves" (lol thats what it said) So I was wondering if anyone has that and if it workd good because my hair isn't actually wavy, but it kind of is. idk I don't know how to explain it. It's just retarted. I guess you could call them kinks, wtv that is lol. Sooo does it work good?

I've used that, and my hair is naturally like very very curly! So it didn't get rid of all my curls, it deffainatly helped a little but no shampoo can make your hair completely straight. how do you scrunch you hair up, and how wavy/curly does it get?
Scrunching your hair works really well! I have a cousin who does it alot to hers. You take the your hair from the roots and grab the bottom and make kind of a ball shape and just squish your hair together and then pull it apart. It depends what kind of hair you have but usually it makes it kind of beach wavy, and medium size curls! ;) Good Luck!

Oh my gosh have I got answers for you! :) I have naturally curly hair! It stinks! I straighten my hair every morning. But what I found is that a shampoo called Infusium works really well to like not have the frizz so much. Then they have leave in treatment get the spray bottle kind and just use it when you get out of the shower! I works really well I have recomended it to all my friends! ;) Good Luck!
