if possible, limit the time you are out in the sun. i tan every other day for 30-40 minutes at a time. and i live in "the sunshine state".
use a tanning oil. (i dont like the one from banana boat. i use the australian gold bond one)

how long have you had your braces?
do you have a chain across where the gums are?
do you floss and use mouthwash?
it could be gingivitis. i have had braces for 6 years now (this is my last month) and because of it, my teeth arent getting as clean as they should be so i have gingivitis. my dentist told me to use listerine mouth wash twice a day and floss every day and it will reduce the swelling. if you have a chain and just got it put on, then you notice your teeth hurt and they were pulled together almost instantally. Its normal to have gum between when you have a chain because the way that they are pulled together so quickly.

I'm writing a story and I cant think of any good names that I can use. It is an adventure story with a boy and a girl and they're both really powerful beings in the story. They both own dragons if that helps. I already have the dragon names, but now I need something for the main characters. Is there anything that you would recommend? (link)

i would reccommend having the names be symbolistic.
go to babynames.com and type in the meaning "power" and see what comes up.
it would be amazing if the names matched the characters personality.

hello sorry this may be long...
so i'm 15/f i'm usually very happy, hyper, lound, random, funny, and just a crazy child espically arouhnd my good friends. but recently i'm finding that a lot of people find me annoying? i don't understand why. i mean i'm not a jerk or anything i'm myself 100% but i'm starting to think being myself 100% isn't doing me anygood. and i want to try and be more quite a more personal person. my my usual everyone knows i'm in the room have to tell everyone everything and how i feel all the time. does anyone have any suggestions on adivce on what i should do. should i contine to be 100% myself lound,crazy, random and kinda stupid, or only 70% me more laid back, quite personal person.
and i'm starting to think that being 100% is turning guys away cause i tend to say stupid things because i just say what i think and not think and i dk what to do.

i think that there is a time and a place for everything. sometimes, its okay to be yourself. sometimes its better to be laid back. just learn to realize when being laid back is more appropriate. Sometimes it does get annoying always being hyper.

i would try tresemme. i use it and absolutely love it. they make different "kinds" for breakage and such. so try that, if it doesnt work, let me know.

ok so im using zapzyt for my acne. and i love it! its actually better then everything ive ever used before. but the bad thing about it is that it peels my face/skin alot. so i put lotion is that bad?. if it is bad then what can i do to stop the peeling?

i use cetaphil. it works perfect. and my dermatologist recommended it! get it at walmart or target.

um..do all tampons look the same and are just a different size? Because I thought they were round on both ends so that when you insert it, it won't damage up there but I looked at thsi box of tampax pearls and on the picture on one end it's really sharp like a needle! (link)

not all of them are the same.
some of them, like playtex sport, are for people who are active and expand wider than regular ones. some of them are anti leakage. i usually buy the tampax regular ones. it just depends on your likes. but no they arent sharp.

Ok is there a way I can NOT have bad breath in the morning other then like brushing every three hours? My class is going camping and I just have TERRIBLE breath in the morning. Not like normal which is just pretty bad but ok, just so bad. It's worse then a skunk! (seriously I smelled a skunk b4 and it didn't even smell that bad for me) (link)

i would like to tell you all, that you are beautiful. everyone on here are the greastest among people. for we are all hear to help and be helped. and this is no question. and if i get suspended or deleted from advicenators for it or something, so be it. but the main point is, you are all wonderful people and every one of you are making this world a better place by signing on here everyday and helping someone half way around the world that you don't even know. that's what's gonna change the world. if everyone was like the people here, the world would be a better place. but sadly it's not. but maybe someday, it will be. so if you see a struggling man or woman, do not laugh, stick out your hand to help them. do good in the world, more than you already have. and maybe someday you can change the world. and i write this becuase someone answered the boy from pakistan in a way that really moved me. and it makes me appreciative of what we do here. and it makes me aware of how good i am. compared to some people in the world without homes, money, food. or are young parents. and their last hope in the world is here, and when everyone gives a helping hand, it's something beautiful and unreplacable. you should go to a local church and ask the people there that have little ones. You can ask the pastor if you can put a sign in the nursery with your name and number on it. Thats how i started out. i went to my local church (which my dad is the pastor of) and asked them. some people came to me and said "hey what are you doin; on fri. night" or whatever. a church is a good way to get a family to babysit for. I have 2 from my dads church.

you should use Mary Kay's Velocity products. Its a facial wash and a moisturizer that you use 2 times a day. i used to have the same problem until i got this stuff...

I used a serum instead of the strips. I think it was colgate. but w/e. go for the strips. they work so much better! If i didnt have braces then i would have used the strips. But when i get my braces off, i am going to use the strips. Just dont waste 30 $'s on the "Simply White Night" serum or anything else like that that comes in a little bottle and is liquid. i would use the CREST STRIPS. i use the crest toothpaste that has whitening in it and it works ok. better than colgate!
