I have very strong self-control, and If I don't want to do something I won't do it. Im a strong person, but I can be weak. I guess depending on the situation. if i put spf 15 sunscreen on could i still get tan? i want to get darker but i just dont want to burn. so if i want to get tan would it be better to use it or not?

yes of course you can. but it seems to dry up or ware off. so make sure that you apply the sun screen on every about.... 20 min.
