Well its hard to say what goes on in guys minds, lol. I wish I could give you a solid answer so that you wont get hurt, but Im unable to do that. So let me try help; Generally when a guy wants a "piece of ass" he doesnt spend hours on the phone/texting alot/spending time with them(without sexual stuff). When thats all they want they generally go in for it right away, and once they get it their done. If you really like this boy I suggest taking it slow and let him get to know your personality before any physical things happen that you might regret. Its okay to kiss and hug but I wouldnt suggest doing anything else further.

It could very well be a rebound - but if he says it was ending for about 3 months than I dont think it would be because he seemed interested before they broke up. Rebounds generally happen immediately after the break up occurs when theyre feeling vulnerable - which it doesnt sound like he is.

I woiuld just go for it and hang out and become friends and see where it goes from there but make sure that you feel comfortable with him before doing anything you might regret - and dont rush it.

I would say to not worry about it right now. He might only feel obligated to date you because he feels bad or you could get let down. Let their relationship take its course and try to become real good friends with him. Show him your personality and hope for the best. Dont overdo it so it seems obvious though. I wouild let things happen naturally. If he ends up falling for you and breaks up with her than great, and if not then it wasnt meant to be. If its real it will find a way. I came out in 6th grade and my friends freaked and turned against me, so I said that I was lying and i really wasnt and everyone pretty much forgot about it. I dont know how old you are or what grade you're in, but it seems to me that the older people are, the more mature their friends seem to be. When my friends we're younger they didnt fully understand the concept, and they were used to it because everyone is generally classified as straight in middle school cause its "normal". But when I was in 10th grade, like I said, everyone was cool with it. Hopefully it will be the same at your school. If your friends are iffy about it and think that you might have a crush with them just simply explain that just because you're bi, your friendships arent going to change, and it doesnt mean that you automatically have a crush on every girl. I dont have a crush on any of my friends that are girls, because I've known them forever. If they are your really good friends, they should understand that.
So, yes Im sure it will pass. When first coming out, the initial reaction is generally shock. Once they get over the initial reaction, it should be smooth sailing. Im sure you might have a few people who might not like the idea and decide to be immature and start problems, but dont worry about them, they dont matter anyways. In my opinion a controlling boyfriend is someone who wants complete control over absolutely everything that you do. Example: Where you go, who you hang out with, what time you get home, who you talk on the phone with, what you wear.
The reason that is controlling is because its none of his business where you go and what you do. You have your own life for a reason. Controlling what you wear and where you do, arent things that could endanger your life, and hes just being controlling because he most likely has trust and insecurity issues and wants to make sure that you're not going anywhere where you might cheat on him. (at least, thats how it is in most cases.)

Someone who just loves you alot may seem controlling but the things that they are asking are reasonable. Example: Stop doing drugs, quit smoking, dont drink, dont hang out with people that are bad influences.
The reason hes not considered controlling is because hes looking out for your best interest and he doesnt feel that you should do those things because they arent good for you and he wants to most likely keep you around as long as possible.

This is all too familiar for me. I dated two guys about 3 years ago who were friends with msot of my friends, and also friends themselves and everyone said that they would turn out gay. They denied all the vicious rumors and I also defended them because I had feelings for them and thought well.. if we dated how can they be gay? It varies from state to state but here where I am, ohio, and in most states, the age of consent is 16. The only thing that is "illegal" is sex to minors and someone who is over 18. If a 15 year old wanted to date an 18 year old, its fine. If they have sex its considered statitory rape, but only if the family presses charges. So I suggest that if anyone under 16 is going to date someone 18 or above, they should make sure that their parents are aware so that there isnt any legal matters. You could check for your state to see whats legal and what isnt. Just google legal age of consent, and see what comes up.

It varies with schools. But suspensions are different from expultions.

If you get a suspension it generally means you arent able to come to school for a certain period of time, depending on the severity of his actions. Its generally between 2 - 7 days.
If you get an ISS(in school suspension) its just an all day detention, nothing severe and will most likely not lead to expulsion.

If he gets expelled it means that he cant come back to school for the duration of the school year.
If he did something REALLY bad like bring a gun to school or something, he would most likely be expelled forever and not allowed to come back to that school.

All schools vary with their punishments and how they go about dealing with them. If you really want to know, I would ask your principal on what his policies are for suspensions and expulsions.

Well. They may feel that you guys have gotten too close in a friend aspect and they dont want to jeopradize that by dating you. I would suggest just keeping them as friends, because if a guy cares too much about you to ruin the friendship by dating, hes a really good friend and someone to keep around for a long time. Theres nothing wrong with you or anything, they just cherish being your friend and dont want anything to happen to take that away. As for the "flirting", maybe its just friendly gestures and you're taking it the wrong way? Well. I cant answer that, only you can. Make sure you know all the risks and possible consequences. Birth control isnt 100% effective and neither are condoms. My mom got pregnant twice when she was on the strongest form of birth control. She also got pregnant with me, when she wasnt even ovulating, cause she hadnt gotten her period in months, then found out she was pregnant with me. I think you're fairly young to be having sex, but its ultimately your decision, not mine. Just make sure you know that nothing is 100% effective as abstinance. & Also, you've only been dating him for 5 months, do you think you two are going to be together forever? Guys will say anything to get in your pants, so dont be so quick to believe everything he says. I lost it to my boyfriend last Nov., when I was 16 & I regret it more than anything. We were dating for 2 weeks, and ended up staying together only 6 months, and he was cheating on me with alot of other people. Nope. Dating isnt illegal. Statitory rape is illegal. if your parents know that you are dating than you two wont have any problems. If you guys had sex, technically it would be illegal, but that would only be in effect if you pressed charges against him, or if your parents did. So make sure that they're aware that you two are dating, so theres no discrepencies.
