Okay... I figured out why he hasn't tried contacting me. (It is by far the worst reason possible.) I finally found a number through directory assistance, called it, and a woman answered. I was so shocked. I made up some crap about how I was from the hotel he stayed in and he had left his hat (the one he had given to me) and asked her if she wanted us to ship it back. It was the correct number because she said she'd leave him the message and have him call me back. She even knew which hat I was talking about.
After that, I did some research on the internet with the number I found. I am 99% positive HE IS MARRIED and has TWO KIDS. He lied to me, told me he was single. He had told me when we were together that his ex-girlfriend (what he really meant was his wife) had written him a letter while he was in Iraq telling him basically "cya, can't take it anymore." So I think maybe the marriage is faltering/on shakey ground, especially since he is about to be deployed soon and is wondering if she will leave him again.
HOWEVER, I know this is no excuse to lie to me and does not give him a reason to cheat on her. I have NO SYMPATHY for him. I am so glad I found this little bit of info out now, instead of wasting my heart on him. And he told me he didn't have any secrets. (Hmph!)
But I am soooooo hurt. Especially since I broke up with my previous boyfriend because of all the lies he told. Now this. Believe me, it's going to be very very hard for me to ever trust a man again. I feel like such a fool.
I'm going to send the hat back. I'm so angry right now. Maybe I'll send it back in shreds. I feel like screaming in his face or telling his wife what a &%*#%*$ he is. I feel like crying but right now I'm too much in shock to do so. I'm so stupid, but I suppose this experience will make me a wiser and stronger person... or at least an old maid.

Well. First off if he likes you give him some time. Don't rush the situation. And like he said he will do it, but he wants to make sure you are the right girl.
Second, don't blow your chances. You have to keep your kool and do everything your doing now. Don't change anything because he likes you as you are now. If you change something he might think that you aren't the right girl. Don't mess up.
Thirdly...other guys are off limits. You can talk to them, but no hugs, hookups, or even guesture flirts. Guys see a girl as who she talks to and if she flirts a lot. You must stay clear of any other guys.
Last...be yourself. Make sure he knows the real you and surely he will ask you out.

Ok so like..Im really shy around guys. I have no clue why. I mean if Im with them for mor than like 30 minutes then Im KIND Of fine. It depends, Some days im not, some days I'am. First off aproach your friends. Ask them to help you socialize. It's a proven fact that once you can socialize your grades will become better.
Second, if any of your friends have a party soon maybe you should go and enjoy yourself. Talk to the boys and girls. Another thought is to throw a party for you. Invite guys and girls.
Third, talk to the guy that told you this and ask him why he thought of you this way. Once you get his answer you should ask if shyness brings this to their mind. Maybe this guy said that and is just a jerk so maybe you should ignore him.
I know this may not be on your list of things to do, but if you have a boyfriend your social status sky rockets as long as your boy is a popular and hot guy. Boyfriend's are every girl's purse. You may not get that now, but once you have one you'll get it.

If you are such good friends you should feel like its easy to talk to him. If you feel this go for it. Take him to a quite place and explain to him that you have feelings for him. You may say something like this to get the conversation started. "What would you think of you and I as a couple." Or "Do you have feelings for me?" Something like that. But you must know that when you start the conversation you must be confident and willing to bring up your feelings and expressions for him. if he likes you back you'll know as soon as you start the conversation.

ok theres this boy who is my friend and we've been friends for a while and i found out that for a little while he liked me, like a few weeks. well first off if this guy you really like and he's a good friend. would you rather have him find out the hard way from somebody else or you tell him and make him feel better? As long as you are strong this girl can not get to you. If she starts stuff ignore it. I know thats hard, but if it gets out of hand talk to her and explain to her that wat she did was wrong. If she still is mad write her notes telling her your sorry don't write to many though. she might get annoyed. Sometime or later she will apoligize and realize she is the one who messed up!

Well when a guy ask me out I say yes. But my friends all have a different way of accepting. One of them always nods her head and says "I'd love to" Thats sweet and common. Some shy girls bite their lip and nod to make it look cute. I hate it wen a guy sends a friend to get your number or to ask you out. Its immature and I always say no. But if I like them I tell his friend for him to ask em out. One other friend of mine can always tell when a guy is going to ask her out (I have no idea how-lol) She reply's with a kiss. Make your own signature yes and make sure its not to corny or not to romantic!

ok hey, question for the girls. How would you feel if your boyfriend did something like this for you on Xmas. (by the way i am the male not the female lol) I get 2 roses, and put each in their own wrapped box. Ill say "when this rose dries up and dies, i will love you more," then give her the box and let her unwrap the first rose. then say "when this rose dries up and dies, you will love me more," then give her the box and let her open it. Then i will take a third box and say "when this rose dries up and dies, i will STOP loving you." and she will open the box, and it will be a glass rose. Ok, last sunday I went to the scary haunted house hay ride, cornmaze place. Well, while my 2 freinds and I were there, we met these guys. First of all I'm a 14 year old male. I would like to know if this girl likes me at all. Here's why I think she does: Everyday when I hang out with some of my friends, if we pass by her, for example at a football game, she'll only say Hi to me and she'll get all excited. I'm a shy kind of guy and I usually just say hi and blush. She's a popular girl and even in class when she sits on the other side of the room she'll stand up and wave and say hi. I talk to her on ICQ sometimes, but it's nothing big. Should I go up and talk to her, I mean, I do sometimes but I don't have anything to talk about. Also, She usually hangs out with older guys, would she want to talk to me? Most of the guys in my grade are immature jerks though. (link)

My advice is to talk to her. She will give you context clues if she likes you. she may say something like "wat are you doing saturday?" and once you answer she may say "oh. I'm hanging out at my house." She did this cuz she wants you to invite her to do something with you. she might say "do you have a girlfriend?" she asked this to see if your on the market. Flirting is a big clue!! Just keep your eyes open for more clues.
