I've been using pof.com Some stuff is free but others you will have to pay for. I don't pay for the premium stuff on pof though and have no plans to either. When Yahoo! Personals was around, I paid for the service so I could send out messages to people and big mistake that was. I never found a girlfriend through that.

16/f. i've been dating my boyfriend for a bit over 6 months. we're pretty serious, and we are happy as clams (as some say). we go to different schools, so i don't get to see him that much, but i still do get to see him a good amount. we have so much fun together and just click really well, but i just wish he was more romantic. we didn't even celebrate valentines day, and for christmas he got me a shirt that said "blonde with benefits". i just wish he would do something sweet every now and then, just because.. you know? i've already tried straight up telling him "i wish you were more romantic" but he just can't seem to get it. any tips? thanks guys.
Well the two of you are still quite young and therefore don't have a lot of money to do the stuff you want to do. Stuff is really getting expensive now a days. And there is only so much one can do at a young age.

Yeah from what I'm reading, your bf's mom sounds like a prick to me. And yes gas is expensive too, so I would say that your bf's mom and your mom should be taking turns every now and then. By the way, how old are you? Do you have a license yet? If your 16 or less, I could see why she wouldn't let you drive.

This might be kinda long and in depth i apreaciate it if you read all of it.
First of all im 19/f and my boyfriend is also 19. We'll call him J. Ok, so J and I have been together for 3 years, four next july. He treats me better than I could ever ask, and does things for me. We planned on getting married and probably having children together. The thing is over the past 2 years I've gotten really sick. I spend alot of time at hospitals and in doctors offices. Ever since six months ago, I've been on treatment for cervical cancer. It's working but the side affects are making me sicker than ever. Some days it's even hard for me to get out of bed. So what I'm getting at.. I always feel so guilty and upset about hurting him because of my sicknesses. I don't feel like a good girlfriend because I can't do some of the things he does for me. He tells me not to worry about it and it'll be worth the wait, but it isn't that simple for me. I feel like he deserves better, someone that can do things for him and make him happy. I know he isn't. I know how bad he wants kids, and now I might not be able to give him that. We don't get to do alot together and we LIVE together. It sucks so bad I don't even know what to do anymore. Any advice would mean alot to me.

It's very possible that your heartbroken as well because of your age. Teenage relationships usually do not last long. You are very lucky if you can get one to last you a year long. They are more likely to last longer once you are in your 20's. It also could have been possible that he was cheating on you as well. This seems like a hard one to try and help you on, but I'll give it my best shot. From what this looks like, your current boyfriend seems like a type of guy who want to be the murderer type of person. If they are talking about a til death fight, this is telling me that he isn't a good guy. No boy would ever get that physical if someone tried to go after you. Who do you like more? You need to talk to your boyfriend about this and if he dosen't want to work with you on this matter, then I don't the guy you are going out with is the right guy for you.

One thing that you should know is that usually teenage relationships for the most part do not last that long. Especially with you being at a young age. You maybe lucky if one lasts over a year or so when your 17 years old. But your more likely to have longer relationships once you are in your 20's. I did not get my first kiss until I was 18 years old. And that was with a 19 year old girl. So be patient and hopefully you will find someone soon. If you need anymore advice, please let me know. im 14/f and i was asked to prom by my boyfriend of a few months (2-3). he goes to a different school and they only have a junior prom so what im asking is do you people think 14 is too young for prom. i have to say im a mature 14 and my bf thinks so and thats why he likes me besides numerous other reasons.we wouldnt have sex or go to parties afterward so is just prom too young for a 14year old????? my parents know and are ok with me going but i still dont know..
