My name is Beth I am about to start school, and i've gained about 10 pounds over the summer, How can i lose weight quick?????????

I am short and chubby. I am really wanting to lose weight. please help me.

what im doing is in the morning or night whenever you want to work out, stretch otherwise you will get bulgy muscles. then run1mile then 100 crunches then 60 squats than like an armworkout what you do is you hold the weight with both your hands and but it by your chest and push up like your doing a pushup only sitting and push the weight up till your arms are straight i do about 100 of those. hope that helps any question feel free to ask.

if i exsersize and dont eat for 12 hours will i lose weight and should i drink water

the answer is no you will not have enought strength to work out since your not eating and tenically you arent anorexic cosz its only 12 hours but that wont help you so just exercize and eat healthier like more balanced meals and 5-6 small meals a day would help. just please dont not eat.

I have really fat calves, and im really self concious about them. My calves are probibly half fat, half muscle. Everything else on my body is slim except for my calves. So I was wondering if there are any excercises I can do to slim my calves down. Anything at all will help. Thank you SO much.

stand on your feet and then like move to your tipotes like your trying to get taller do about 100 of those each day they worked wonders for me.

the area below my breasts.. has gotten big.. it used be where it would be flat there and then would go my gut.. or belly.. now its just all one thing that goes straight up and down.. i guess im getting fat and thats whats making this happen. i was just wondering if there are any specific excersises to get rid of that.

my stomach is toned above my belly button. below..not so much. i have that little mini pouch thing under my belly button that everyone seems to have & never goes away but that doesnt really bother me. it's my sides. like when i wear jeans it bulges a littlee bit on the sides, and it looks retarted when i wear a bathing suit beccause the top part of my abs are good but the rest isn't.i do the flat ab workout thing every night from the latest seventeen, but its not really doing much. i eat pretty good, but i basically have no will power lol so its hard to beat cravings. so i was wondering what ways i could make the ugllly bulge goo awayyy ? hopefully by like, the end of june.

ok well what i do is i stand up and lift one leg so its bent towards my stomach and i do 100 each leg 2 times a day so 200 but they hurt your legs but it tones under your bellybutton so well.

ok well im 13/f im 5'1 and i weight 132 i want to weight 120 can you tell me everything i need to do like tell me every exercise and for how long i need to do them and all the stuff i need too eat and how much,,, and can you tell me what the exercises/food will do and how long it will take me to lose weight.. do ya no what i mean? well belive me i rate 5s no matter what!

okay well it really depends on where you want to lose weight the most, but most importantly you have to eat healthy and no soda just drink water, i lost alot of weight just eating better and drinking lots of water.

arms:you could do pushups but thats just to tone your abs so you put your hands close together to work your triceps.

abs:crunches.

legs:running and you can stand somewhere and life your leg up so its like bent. it works rly well.

what kind of motivation can help me loose weight???

ok well what i did was i watched like fit tv. i dont know what channel it is by you but i really liked the show all star workouts. they were really fun and motivative. also talk to a friend about it mabey go walking or running with your friend me and my friend do it all the time, the other person helps to keep you going. also visualize yourself and how you want to look and then it will help you reach your goal quicker. hope i helped. if you have any other questions you can always im me.
