my stomach change.. :/ the area below my breasts.. has gotten big.. it used be where it would be flat there and then would go my gut.. or belly.. now its just all one thing that goes straight up and down.. i guess im getting fat and thats whats making this happen. i was just wondering if there are any specific excersises to get rid of that.

anyways crunches would work also seventeen workouts work wonders just look in there good luck. ]
if you are having any pains or anything, you should go to a doctor and get it checked out.
but, if you just think you are gaining weight, crunches work wonders. do 50 every morning and 50 every night. also, if you drink a lot of cokes, you should try to cut down to one a day and drink sugar free kool-aid [with splenda] and water instead. also, it's summer which means you can go to the pool and swim laps or just do things to get active. ]
I had that problem but it was actually a stomach aulser and was causing some stuff to build up in my upper stomach area. So i would suggest go to a doctor and get it checked out. ]
