hey, i tried a spray-on SUNLESS TANNER (neutrogena) and it was AWFUL! i had streaks all down my legs and it was so EMBARRASING!I mean, i prepared my skin and everything, but it still looked bad. do any of y'all know a good sunless or ANY fake tanner that can give me a natural look without screwing up, and if it DOES screw up, how can i get rid of it...fast? PLEASE tell me if you have any suggestions!
i read somewhere that if you take a lemon and cut it in have you can run the lemon on the streaks and it should come off.
What are some work out / excersises I can do at my house.
I dont have weights or any athletic machines.
I have 12 pound bar bell thingies and a punching bag
I want to get more toned (not thinner) just more toned..
what are some excercises i can do?
well this is what i do each day to stay in shape:
120 crunches
20 leg lifts on each side
20 "superman" stretches
v-sit moving arms up and down 20 times
10 push-ups
it's been working pretty well for me

Hey I want to loose 100 pounds in 1 year! Thats my goal. Anyways. What are some excersizes i can do and how often,how long and ect to do them. What food do i eat? And do you have any sites? 100 pounds is a lot! If you are really serious about this though do excercises like pilates if you are into stretching or tae bo if u like to move a lot. you could take excercise classes @ the y or something. You can jog, ride bikes, and do anything like that or get involved in an active sport. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of milk, water, and juice. Cut down on sodas and deserts. Still, make sure u cover your basic food groups. Hope I helped! (sry this is so long!!!)
