Ok well My name is Kristen and i play softball. I love bands like Greenday, the used, oasis,
blink-182, Simple plan, Brand new, papa roach, the Killers........Etc..
I play ShortStop, 3rd base, pitcher,and outfield.
My reason i signed up for advicenators is because i want to help people and try to help save peoples life s and make them feel bettter. ask me anything and i will answer it (if its somthing like a joke then umm no i wont)
I hope i help make a diffrents in some ones life.

arms= Push ups and weights

how do you get nice abs? like i want nice abs with a six pack, just not a noticeable one. i want the outline of one not the inline of one. and i want it to look nice and flat.. any suggestions? i'll rate high! :-D (link)

Ok...I am content with my body except this little pouch of fat or something on my inner thighs..its the only thing that bothers me really..im pretty active, i walk and exercise about every day or every other day and play ports and was in track, and i try to eat fairly healthy. soo anything i can do to get rid of this? i'll rate high...! push ur self and go to a gym and ask some one what they think and if they have any exercises for u to do!! i was the same way and Polites Videos worked!! and i am 13 now

I'm 13, female, about 5'4" and about 140 lbs. I've tried dieting, since i'm too young i can't use diet pills, and i've run out of solutions. I can't even get dressed without crying because i can't stand the way i look. i have absolutely no idea what to do. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. thank you guys so much (link)

ok well start playing sports and do exersises evryday thats what i did and i lost weight !! i was 155 @ age 12 and now i am 125!! beleive me it works!!
