Try those sites, or go to a search site like google or yahoo, and just type in "Ab Workouts" or "Thigh workouts" and you should find a whole crap load of sites =)
Duckie answered Sunday April 24 2005, 8:14 pm: Okay, the best workout EVERRR is Pilates! They tone those areas so well, and also CRUNCHES! Those two exercises are THE best things you can do, and they make the process quicker! Biking is also good for both areas, so if you have time, I suggest that! Good luck, and keep healthy eating habits! *MuaH*

Karen answered Sunday April 24 2005, 7:18 pm: To tone your stomach/abdominal, you can do crunches and sit ups and to tone your thighs, you can run or jog and you can do squats, lunges, and leg lifts.
