the correct spelling is thighs, but no worry about that. lol, go to www.toneteen.com they have really good exercises for your lower and upper abs. hope i helped!

I am currently working on toning my ab's as well. i found a few websites with numerous exercises that definately help

Try those sites, or go to a search site like google or yahoo, and just type in "Ab Workouts" or "Thigh workouts" and you should find a whole crap load of sites =)

Okay, the best workout EVERRR is Pilates! They tone those areas so well, and also CRUNCHES! Those two exercises are THE best things you can do, and they make the process quicker! Biking is also good for both areas, so if you have time, I suggest that! Good luck, and keep healthy eating habits! *MuaH*

Belly- Crunches, sit ups, flutter kicks (lay on the floor, put you legs about 45 degrees off the ground, keep them straight. Kick slowly.)
Thighs- Running, biking, squats, swimming

To tone your stomach/abdominal, you can do crunches and sit ups and to tone your thighs, you can run or jog and you can do squats, lunges, and leg lifts. Running/jogging also helps tone your stomach as well. ]
