okay- i want to know if you think being 5'3 and a half,almost 5'4 and 120 b/w 125 is skinny or too small( I mean i am like 15 and i wear a size 11 in junior, a 7 in misses and 2 or 3 in women) i accept myself and many people don't consider me small but what do you think? (link)

Well,
I am a competetive swimmer and i drink LOTS of gatorade and water.
For good bars i heat power bars. They look really weird but they are REALLY good. Personally, i love the peanut butter flavor.

i am 13 years old and i will be starting school soon. i want too lose a little weigh like 5-15 pounds. i want to do this in two weeks. wat are good exersises too do this? i know i may not be able to reach this goal but i want to try. i am 5'1 or 2. i weight 115 if this helps. also its not like im really fat but i have a REALLY big stomach and huge thighs. i dont know why though concidering i dont weight THAT much. so i guess i also want to know how to get a flatter stomach and smaller thighs. hi there. i'm a 15 year old girl, 5'2, with a 36DD bust. i also weigh 142lbs. the thing is though i dont think i look that heavy. i'm bigger framed than most of my friends i guess you could say, but i dont exactly have like..a HUGE stomach. i'm in proportion with my chest, haha. i was wondering if this weight was normal for my age. i've been to doctors and they all said i am overweight..but if i work out i'll gain more by building muscle. i want to get down to about 135lbs by october or sooner. so my questions are.
1. am i overweight? and by how much?
2. does anyone know of any good diets?

Someone else mentioned Turbo Jam in another answer, and I just wanted to get several opinions on this. Are the exercise/dance moves difficult to do or to learn? If someone is consistant, are the results as good as they promise? If anyone has done this do you get stiff and sore in the beginning? (link)

I'm 13, 5'2, 145lbs. I am determined to lose weight and i want to be committed but .. how? i am lazy all the time and i get bored easily. I need to lose weight not for others but for me .. i am almost close to becoming obese and there is noo wayyy i will ever cross that. I want to prove to myself that i can do this. Your not obese. For your height, 160 is being obese.
Try doing different sports. See which ones you have fun with. If it doesnt make you bored and you like the sport then you're set.
