i've been trying to lose weight by eating better and running in place for a long time. (it's too cold to go outside and they streets are full of ice). it seems like i'm losing the weight in my butt and thighs, but it's just travling up and making my love handles and stomach chubbier. what can i do about this? Taking long walks daily is a great fat burner, doing sit ups and bunny hops is also a good way to help your abs.

I am not fat. But I want to get slimmer. its okay if you get mad and tell me not to worry about my weight but i've tried and it wont work. what do i do to get a slimmer stomach. please dont give some website to look at b/c i hate researching on the web. just tell me what to do... Do a set of 50 situps or 'crunches' everyday.

Also,stand with your legs slightly spread and twist your body to each side at your waist.

Standing in the same position,raise one hand and bend over so it touches the opposite foot.
((ex: right hand to left foot))

These excercises work out your stomach,side and abs muscles so this should help alot if you do it everyday.

Also,running wouldn't hurt,either.

Thats about average...here at least...
The people that are athletic nuts in out gym class get between 7-8 minutes on average..sometimes even 5 mins...and the slowest time was 20 minutes.

Walking is one of the most underated fat burning excersises.Its great.
I walk everyday around my neighborhood with my CD player and I'm fit as a fiddle,pretty much.

Ok well, im skinny. But my arms have like a flab where my muscle should be. You know the part under your shoulder. Well I was just wondering how I could get that to go away? Cause it really bothers me like when i move it jiggles (gross I know!). Also when I put my arms down to my side it like flattens out and makes my arm look big and fat. So i was just wondering how I could get that to go away!! Thanks to the people who arn't jerks about it. I'll rate.

I do 50 pushups every day...its not as hard as you think...just do 10 every time a commercial break comes on.

Also,lifting small weights helps.If you hold a weight in each hand and let your arms hang at your hips,then lift both your arms straight up until they reach about your shoulders is a great workout for getting rid of unwanted flab.

Hi, I'm 13/f and i weigh 136.5 lbs. I kno im overweight and i need 2 kno what i can do 2 help me loose weight. I cant really run a far distance without my knee or mi ankle starting 2 hurt.. So, is there any way I can loose weight without running??? Pleeze help! (link)
