is the song, Relax, Take It Easy supposed to sad or happy? i know it's a song for disco, but i'm still can't tell.

i think its supposed to be uplifting, a song about being in a sad place but becoming happy, and like relaxed? you know? The lady at the end of the song is the old maid that used to work in my house. The story is about how she lost her eye, but today shes a happy and joyful person, i love her to death. Her story of the one eyed lebaneese woman is true, and she didnt let it effect her. The song uses her story to inspire others.

hey so i was wondering, is it weird to like both rock and country? its just i get made fun of a lot for liking country and i dont understand why its so weird.

um that doesnt even make sense. i like all kinds of music, and i defintiely love country as well. People can be so bizarre some times, i dont think i could live without both rock and country music. But i guess its all in opinion and theres nothing you can do to change that.

i'm in a band, and i'm not bragging or anything but we are quite good. we've been together for like 2 years and have played loadsa gigs (and won a battle of the bands competition recently :p) we've got a demo cd and evrything so how the hell do we go about "getting signed" because i'm hearing of other local bands that get signed ie to sony for £400,000 to go record an album. so does anybody know how we'd go about doing this? i will rate high if your helpful :p PLEASE help me.

i would look for talent agents online. Look for one near u and call them and see if they will hear u play. it is the most direct way to get signed!!

as ur parents if there is anything u can do around the house for money like mow the lawn....wash dishes..clean floors...set tables every night..make beds...stuff like that. u can also see lemonade or soda or something off a bisy street on a really hot day...u can SELL SOME STUFF U DONT NEED, stuff like that.

i got my drum set on e-bay ..its great and cheap!!! i would seriously go no where else!

My girlfriend really likes Maria Mena. I've never really heard her except in the car and it sounds very SLOWW and acoustic. She's doing a show about an hour away from us in a few weeks, and i was just wondering what im in for. What does she sound like? Anyone been to her show?

shes not TERRIBLE, but a lot of people think she sounds like a guy in a girls body....but u never no..i mean if u like ur girlfriend then i think u will survive. in my opinion u might get bored...but just do it for her. it cant be that bad..seeing n e one famous can be fun. do some searches on her...or u can go to mtv.com and search for her song and play it so u know what she sounds like. u never no u might like her.....maybe even thought i dont.

yepp...the colored ones are mini ipods. they only hold like 5,ooo i think...but i know they hold less then the origonal and they cost less!

i've been playing the guitar for almost 2 years now and i'm pretty good at it... my friends want to start a band but they need a bass player... i was thinking about becoming a bass player. has anyone here played guitar and then started playing bass? is there a big difference? how hard is it to play? and how badly will i get calisis on my fingers?

hey i play electric and bass...im pretty sure base is easier...u'll have no problem. i would use a pick for the bass guitar cuz ur fingers will hurt because the strings are thicker and harger to pluck with ur fingers. eventually u will get used to it. GOOD LUCK!

Alrighty... I play guitar... Have been for about a year... And I've never taken lessons. People who play guitar are kinda better then me... Or I think so... Because they all have buddies to play with... The problem is, I'm a female... And guys don't really like playing with me becaus I am a girl... I mean my boyfriends nice about it... of course... He taught me the solo to Knocking on Heavens Door... I thought that was sweet... But he doesnt like play with me... Its not like 'hey come over and jam'... it just comes up sometimes...And like I'm super horrible at bar chords, and theory... So I was wondering if there's any way... any website... any tips... You guys and gals can give me to help me out... I have a super nice guitar... And I mean... I can play songs... thats about it... I don't know any theory behind the guitar... i play drum set and it's fun, but i never really want to practice or have a lesson. people are always saying "that's so cool it must be so fun to practice" but i get bored. my parents say that if i want to i can take a year off or something, but i think if i do they might get mad or think that i want to quit or something. I also think that if i take a year of or something my teacher will think i want to quit, or maybe i'll decide to quit! i don't know. should i just stick with it or take a risk and take a year off?I DON'T WANT TO DISSAPPOINT ANYONE, INCLUDING MYSELF!

well u should decide for urself not because u dont want to dissapointe n e one, in my opinion u should stick with it..but i think u should join a band...its so much more fun to play drums in a band
