So, there's this guy at my university who ties a rope between two trees and does tricks on it. It's the coolest thing. I usually go have dinner and then I go outside to the courtyard where he does this and I sit on the DMZ with my roommate and watch him. Some people go up to him and ask if they can get on it and try it and he let's them, sometimes he lets girls get on and try it. Whenever somebody gets on it and messes up, he hops on it and does a cool trick to impress people, every time he does a trick, without fail, he looks up to me. I've watched him about 4 times, usually people just watch in passing but I think he likes that I sit and watch more than one time. My roommate thinks he thinks that I'm cute, that's why he looks at me after a trick or when he randomly just turns around at times when he's resting while his friends go on. I've noticed that he does look at me a lot but I've never thought much of it because he talks to every girl that watches him do tricks, he holds girls hands that go on it so he can help balance them, he asks girls that watch him if they wanna hang out. I guess what I'm asking is why he can talk to all the other girls and not me if he thinks I'm cute or if he even thinks I'm cute? Thanks. (link)

First off have you made any effort to talk to him? men are just as scared as girls to walk up and start a conversation believe it or not. Maybe he hasn't addressed you because he is unsure if there is any interest on your side of the bar. It is a two way street. I would suggest going up and talking to him. if you are gonna say.. about what.? maybe ask him how he started doing these tricks or how did you do that certain trick. that will break the ice of not talking and you might actually get a date in.

My whole question was based around the fact that he can talk to every single girl on campus, except me. Not that I'm not trying, it's the fact that he isn't even talking to me when he is to every other girl. But thanks.
