A girl that is 5'4-5'5 too tall to wear heels? In middle school I was taller than most guys and I think ever since then I think of myself as "too tall" to wear heels. Im going away to college and I wanna dress a little bit more girly and I think wearing heels will be a big step up!.. Thanks!! (link)

Hello.
I'm 5'4-5'5. 5'4 is the average height for American females. That being said I think the "average" woman has at least one pair of heels. My friend who is 5'7 wears heels and I think it looks lovely. Perhaps don't wear 3 inch heels though! 1-2 inch heels will look great and wedge heels look great with anything and are very comfortable. Congrats on going to college, I personally can't wait for it myself! :)
