I am not very old, so I might not have too much life experience, but I do like to help people. I know that life often throws unexpected blows at people, but I am so extremely optimistic. Hopefully some of my optimism will rub off on the people to whom I am giving advice. I am happy to help with anything! :)

Thank you for your advice. Before I would jus try to occupy myself with a bunch of things at once nit even giving me time to think about him but as soon as I ran out of things to do I would start thinking about him again. I guess time heals all because that is what has worked in the past for me. I'm going to try what you said and see if it works I guess I do bee closure. Once again thank you

i tried giving my friend my razor but i cant take it i need to cut!!!! its something i have to do it drives me insane, the other day i took a piece of metal of the side of the table during lunch and went to the bathroom and cut. and i cut about four times a week

I'm so glad a qualified person was able to answer my question! That's so impressive. But, the school selected people and asked if we would like to join. But I'm slowly realizing just how heavy it is. If I wasn't graduating early, I would probably do that. I'm going to apply to UT, and the thing is I already know I will get accepted because I am Magna Cum Laude. So, I'm only applying to there. And I worry like crazy with stress, but I get things done with a sprinkling of procrastination. I believe I will just take first period off and take Accounting II (I won 1st in district), so maybe I can demolish this year and look good, lol. Thanks so much!

This would be great advice, if I didn't live in a place filled with war mongering rednecks. Still, I appreciate the fact that you've given me what could have been great advice. Also, where I live the people are pretty rough. And attitude doesn't make people here respect you, fitting in or beating the hell out of everyone in your path makes them "respect" you. I refuse to change who I am for them, and even though I am trained physically in the martial arts, I am also trained to control myself. Thank you.

Thank you so much for answering my question. I really need to find a balance between being good to everyone and negative about myself. I agree with your friend, talking to someone about what your feeling is a good way to get over it, I know what you mean though, I don't like to burden people with my problems either. About the relationship I guess I'm just really scared of getting my heart broken, I don't put myself out there, and most guys I want to date have girlfriends. I guess the timing just isn't right yet. Yeah I know, the "be yourself" thing is challenging, and a little scary. You have really helped me, as did the other person that answered me. I really appreciate it, b/c now reading it again, it doesn't seem that important, and that I was indeed just going through something. I will be okay, and thank you so much again. :)

ah at last someone who gets it!! thanx so much! though i must ask how do you think i shud bring up the topic ? and if he denies wot do i say?! i mean he always ALWAYs jokes about him rescuing me from "tying the knot" -he dsnt agree with it and he blvs its just heartache...his parents are divorced- and i never joke back about it or anything... like wen he asked about the guy i just told him the truth no i had no pics and his age was this and he is that.... etc. so i am not sure how to handle him next time around.... and i am afraid it'll get in the way of me having new relationships..... :s when we were together though he was always in physical contact with me though... as i've said he always tries to be close... but since i am very firm and sort of set limits he dsnt go that far as he duz with his other girl friends (who again also confuse me by saying "all [their] male frnds are really gay" i mean though i've known him for way shorter than they have and they are supposedly his best friends he spends wayyyyy more time with me than anyof them we are basically glued at the hip if we have no class and he usually finds me.... plus at there was this time when i went out with him and his friends (who became my frnds since i was new in town and they kind of "adopted" me) and i got a bit tipsy. he brot along his straight friend who was extremely shy and who the other girls assumed was gay. he was hanging with two of his girlfrnds (he has about 5 close ones and 1 close guy frnd who is dating one of the girls) anyway so he kind of ignored me so i spent time with the others. when it was time for dancing i let go of limits (FOR ONE NITE! and it was a goodbye party) and started grinding with the guy (he initiated i just went along) then i notice my frnd looking from across the room just standing there with out the two girls and looikng at me.... later he pretended to just dance and he got closer until i began grinding with him he even (some how) protectivly dragged me away from his friend (who knew no one but him and who was shy talking to no one unless they talked to him) this was all during the day when i told him i liked him..... he seemed sort of fine with it i guess... and as we danced he kept looking into my eyes but i was still embaresed so i avoided eye contact and pretended to be consumed with dancing.... he was also a bit drunk i don't know if that helps...... he is confusing me..... personality wise he's abit self centered so everything revolves around him (he needs that constant support which i usually am for everyone not just him so it dsnt bother me)... he kisses one of his girl frnds on the lips too... and she always jokes with him as being her boy toy and sex game and who knows what else she says..... he is confusing me! i really like the new guy but i need to know if he still thinks there is something.... i want him to move on.... well sorry for this being toooo long! thanx again though for you help! and oh excuse the spelling coz i am writing this in a rush!
