17/f my family doesn't really support me being vegetarian so I basically have to cook for myself. I don't really know what to make. I don't eat any kind of meat and I dont ever plan on it, it grosses me out. So what's good that I can make? I've been living on yogurt and noodles. Ha any suggestions? By the way, I've never had tofu, I don't know where to find it, and also I don't like the taste of meat so yeah don't think I'd want it:)

Hello there!

Well tofu is good and can be found in the refridgerated section at a grocery store near the cheese department or dairy. Also, Seitan is a great subsitute for meat here is an example of what I mean... Seitan; (pronounced say-tan), wheat meat, gluten meat, or simply gluten, is a food made from the gluten of wheat. Also, vegetables are good too eat and if you like beans that would be good to subsitute for protein. TVP is also a good meat subsitute as well and is good in soup, chili or stir frys. You can find that on a website called bulkfoods.com which many serves a large varity of vegetarian foods as well as other foods too. I myself was a vegetarian for 5 years. :)
