is there anyway to shave down there w/o geting bumps and or irritation, and can you hair removal cream down there.

Get a razor that looks like this:

It is a non-cut and it's about 10 dollars at any Walmart or drug store.
Also, Try to buy some womans shaving cream again can be found at Walmart or any drug store and I can garrantee you will see a huge difference! ;)
