im 13, turning 14 on april 21, weigh about 173.
how do i lose weigh without excersing.
and will it look gross if i do lose weight without the exercising
i want to get skinny before swimsuit season or at least before my class and i go to seaworld in the summer
Losing weight:
-Drink 8 glasses of cold water every day
-fruits and vegitables are a must (especially the greens and the stuff that's solid like apples)
-Healthy things that change your body temperature, like the cold water, burn extra calories because your body burns calories warming your body back up.
-Healthy things that are solid, like apples or celery help you lose weight because they contain nutrients and take more effort to eat and digest, which is more work for your body so it burns cals.
-If you want to lose a lot of weight by that time, you're going to have to put in a little exercise. What I used to do is I would call up one of my friends that I could talk to for a long time and while I was talking to them I would just walk around the neighborhood. It's exercise and fresh air :)
-get your friends to go to a park or something with you and play some basketball or tennis :)
-Remember that basically any physical movement helps burn calories, so just try to be more physical overall.
-you could start a dog walking business. Me and a friend did this one summer and got lots of money, so not only will it help burn cals., you'll have enough money to buy a cool swimsuit too!
Hope I helped! Also, sometimes when you feel hungry, your body is actually just thirsty. So like I said, drink a LOT of water!
