School is about to start(I know that is a no-brainer), and I trying to get back in shape for school and sports. I knew that I have lost some weight, but 2 pounds are a lot. And last year, I weighed about 103 and now I weigh 112, and that makes me a little depressed. Considering that I now have to wear a size 3 in jeans to a size 5. This is depressing for me. So, I am wondering what I can do to get my weight back under control and get back in shape.

eat healthy and start running. :) also, I know running is a hard thing to stick to, but it's much easier to run with your friends! Go to a track with someone else and start running! Good luck!
(Rating: 5) Well, I would do that, but I just moved to my area. =] But when school starts I think I am going to join the track team and volleyball.
