Anyways about me,
Loverocks has just been a nickname for me for about 6 years now. I am 26 years old, happily married to my hubby of 10 years. I am a stay at home mom of 4 great kids. Proud cub scout and girl scout mom. Also proud to be mom of a gifted child. Me and my hubby are starting our own auto repair biz. So...I'm a part time mechanic. Right now one of my main goals is to raise my kids the best I know how. I love to pull minor jokes on my friends and family. Dance with my kids and listen to my rock and country cd's.

Does anybody know what program I can use to make banners like myspace banners? Such as the one below.

I want to be able to make banners like that one but I was told I needed an image editing program.
If someone could tell me which ones they use or which ones are best that would be great
