Ok I have normal blue eyes but I want navy blue eyes! How can I get them without contacts?

Well, I don't know why you rated the person below me so low :/ they're right, there really isn't anyway to change your eye color without contacts...My suggestion is to just look for really cheap contacts. There's really no other way.
