Eyes?

Ok I have normal blue eyes but I want navy blue eyes! How can I get them without contacts?

Well, I don't know why you rated the person below me so low :/ they're right, there really isn't anyway to change your eye color without contacts...My suggestion is to just look for really cheap contacts. There's really no other way.

You cant. I've never heard of people changing their eye color. But blue eyes are beautiful so cherish the ones you got!
