Thats your hymen (or cherry). It is what justifies your virginity. The hymen will break or fall off during your first time having sex or putting in a tampon. Something like that. When it breaks it bleeds for about 15 minutes. If you are putting in a tampon, you should be on your period so you wouldnt be able to tell if it broke. It would just hurt. So your hymen would break or your cherry would pop. If it is still there and is tight, that is normal, it still shows you are a virgin.
