How many girls realy are on a cheerleading squad?
Like I'm starting one at school and I don't know how many girls to use!!!!
It really all depends on what you want to do with the team. I've been on competition teams with 60 people and I've been on small co-ed teams with 12 people. For competing, if you want to compete large I would have at least 25 so you can have more than a few stunt groups. If you are just cheering at games, keep it small. it's much easier like that. Try either 12 or 15 depending on whether you want to use front spots or not. Get a well-rounded group. You need three small girls to be flyers, three tall girls to back, and the rest in the middle. You can make a cheerleading squad with any number of people.
