Ok I have been datting my boyfriend for almost 9 months.Let call him 'bob'. Well bob is best friends with my best friend lets call my best friend 'stacy' so 'bob' is best friends with stacy and stacy is also my best friend. But it seems like to me they hang out more than me and him do. And it really upsets me.. beucase it makes me think that bob is doing stuff behind my back with stacy and whenever they are around eachother and they call me.. he acts completly diffrentt, and it makes me so.. mad. I dont know what to do or think.. is he doing stuff behind my back.. should I tell him how I fell ( which I have tried and it just starts a fight) what do I do? what do I say? please help me.

Never raise your voice when theres something bothering you. Talk in a cool, calm, collected voice, and merely state facts. Don't generalize ("You ALWAYS do this!", "Why is it that ALL guys do this?!", etc.) and certainly don't point fingers, because that WILL start a fight.
Maybe try to talk to your best friend before going to your boyfriend, if you think she'll be easier to talk to, that is.
