Find a summer project to work on. Set a goal for something that you want to get accomplished this summer, and set your mind on that. Make an excercise plan, so you can look great when you go back to school and have something to show for your summer. Lay out and work on your tan, or read a book. Ask your parents if you can start a community service project. Volunteer at a local hospital. Take a walk in your neighborhood if you get really bored. You can also do things like work jigsaw puzzles and things like that. Focus on making your days productive. Whether you are ust taking a walk, or you are volunteering somewhere, try to do something productive everyday. Go to bed at a reasonable time and wake up at a reasonable time. You will start to feel really good and healthy if nothing else.

Good Luck & Enjoy your Summer!
Sarah
