I really do not want to cry at graduation for various reasons. Does anyone have any advice of how basically not to cry?! Anything to tell myself during grad? Thanks

First of all, are you sure you don't want to cry? I'm sure your friends will be crying too, and it is not embarassing to cry-- it is a natural and human thing that shows compassion. It might feel worse if you tried to bottle up tears and emotion within yourself. However, if you are sure that you don't want to cry, you can try crying earlier that day to empty your tear ducts. You could also not drink excessive amounts of liquid and not eat too much salt, as those two things manufacture tears. If you feel the urge to cry, you can think of something really funny or happy to avert your emotions.

I'm Mecca and i live in the UK, whereabouts you'll never know for certain. My hobbies are polo, singing, reading, and playing with my little brothers. I hope I can help you to any extent with your problems! So many of you have sure helped me with some of mine.
