Ask me questions, and i'll answer them. I'm smart so usually I`ll know the answer. I`ll tell you the truth, like almost every person with an advice column does, so don`t be suprised. I love my friends & family, I just love life, but don`t worry it took me a while to get here. My life isnt perfect & i've had a lot of deaths. I have a good perspective on things, usually if you ask me a question i've already been in that situation. I know life is hard & i know things suck but i also know that life is amazing too.
If I tell you to just buck up and do it, I really mean it & i'm not just saying that becuase i don't know what else to tell you.
Likes: mature people, skim milk, mac & cheese, making cookies, friends, my whole family, cats; especially mine, books, television, music, parties, boys, clothes, flip flops, lacrosse, soccer, running, traveling, those little trays on airplanes, hot chocolate in the morning, waking up when its raining or snowing, going to sleep during a thunderstorm, & taking showers in the afternoon & SUMMMERR 8D
Dislikes: People who hate cats, people who don't like to read, people who don't know anything about what is happening in the world or don't care, grilled cheese, slow computers, traffic, cell phones that break to easily, blind refs, people who think its cool to be stupid on purpose, people who invite themselves to things, people who think they can control everything, people who think they can`t do it, & people who dye their hair becuase you were made with the color hair you look the best in, and people just dont get that.

advice

My whole life I've been told and thought I'm stupid. Because I'm not school-book smart. I don't get good grades in the "smart subjects" like science, math and so on. I am so sick of believing this. I'm a different type of smart. I know I can make something of myself.

I am especially good at 3 things; public speaking & reaching out to people, languages (I know 4 different languages and intend on learning several more) and I sympathize, more than anything. People always turn to me because of that, I long to help. More than anything.

I've researched at least a hundred different professions in my attempt to find a major that will equip me with the right tools to help save the innocent from the corrupt and ultimatley change the world. I need a profession that will make me come alive. I have a picture of myself speaking infront of thousands of people, touching their hearts, or working at a homless shelter, somehow helping those who have been used, or anything of that kind. But in BIG levels, it wouldn't mean anything to me as a doctor or anything like that. It's not the kind of thing that would make me come alive, it wouldn't matter to me. I don't want to help one person at a time, I want to help thousands.. at once. I want to do something that would end homelessness and stimulate world peace!

I am compassionate and am able to provide stability in people's lives when they are shaken up. I am 16 years old, female, and more than anything.. I want to do something with my life.

No one believes in me, because I am not suited for the typical "good jobs" I will never have the grades to become a Lawyer, Doctor, Journalist or any of the sort.

Help me, what can I become? And how do I get there?

And please, don't read this and think "what a dreamer, everyone thinks they'll save the world.. this one doesn't even have good enough grades.. she doesn't even know how to spell" Please, I have enough people thinking that way, if you can't help me, fine. But I'm begging you, don't think like that.

I LOVE your spirit. You have totally silenced the voices that keep putting you down and telling you that you can't do it. If there were more people like you in the world, well, it would just be a great place :). Your prediciment is sticky. I have one answer for you. You have the spirit, and you have the drive now you just have to use those to get through the tough times and reach your goal. What i'm saying is, you just have to do well in school. If your not smart, study harder, if your not good at remembering stuff, make yourself better. You can't get where you wanna be the way your doing it. I don't care if your not smart, your only not smart because your telling yourself you arent. I know you can do it, I just do. If you get good grades you could become a journalist, a lawyer, a doctor. If you were a journalist you could go to foreign countries, see whats happening, and inform people. If you were a lawyer you could fight just about anything bad, and pave the way for other lawyers to be non-corrupt also. God, with your self confidence you could change the whole system. You have to be the change you want to see in the world. You have to change yourself, to change others lives. We're all rooting for you, & we know you can do it.
