My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.
I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

okayy sooooo, actually a lot of people say i'm really skinny, not annorexic like disgusting looking, but skinny. and i just don't feel like i am. maybe to other people but i think i give an illusion that i'm skinny... and i'm really not.
sometimes i want to be bullemic but i can't make myself throw up, do you know how to make yourself?

i mean i ran track over spring.. and that ended 1 week ago. and this week i started soccer practice.. which is every day. so i mean i do run bbbuuuuuuuuutttt
the major problems i have are my love handles
and the inner thigh area...
anyone have any good exercises i can do to help me lose that little bit extra?
I'm not going to tell you how to make yourself throw up and I hope no one else does. I think that it's really pathetic how you would even think about doing that. You need to accept your body for what it is. If you don't like it, change it in a HEALTHY way. Eat healthy, exercise, drink plenty of water and you'll achive your goals. Since you play sports you probablly gain a lot of muscle so it's not even fat. Bulimia is a very serious thing and it can cause major consiquences. Think about what you want before you do anything. Continue running, also try cardio, side crunches. Go to seventeen.com and you can look up some exercises there. Good luck.
