Does anyone have any reliable natural remedies for migraines? I don't like taking medication and the tablets don't work too well anyway.

I've seen the doctor and there's not a lot else that can be done, so I need to look elsewhere.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

most natural remedies dont work very well at all to be honest with you. have you tried topomax yet? i had migraines every single day for one year and this medicine changed my life. i took it for about a year then stopped and its been two years and i have not gotten one since. i highly reccomend it.

(Rating: 3) Thanks, but I have a stomach condition that gives me an intolerance to most medication. This is why I wanted to try alternate remedies.
