what's a perm? i know you guys think i'm crazy cause i dont know... but i know it has to do with like, curliness.

Its a professioal, permenent hair style. Permenent [ or perm ] is just what is is. PERMENENT! Its
chemicals that go in your hair to keep in curly till you cut it, [ or it grows out. ]
