how do u know if someone declinse your request on mysapce

That person below doesn't know what they're talking about.

On the home page click friend requests and click pending requests. If the person you requested isn't there, they probably declined you.
If they're still there, they either didn't decide to decline or accept or they haven't checked their friend requests.

No, you won't get a message or anything.
Their "pending" request just won't show up anymore since they declined you.
