A lot has changed since I was in High-school and first created my column - almost 8 years ago!!!! I now have two gorgeous Boys who mean the World to me; Brody, who is 3 and a half years old, and Brayden, who will be a year in November. I live my life for these two Boys. does whiting gum and tooth paste really work? cause i dont want to use crest strips or anything else, i just want a little whiter teeth. which gum or tooth paste is most recomnded

You know what does wonders? Banking soda and salt! All you do is you get a little bottle and fill it with 1/2 banking soda and 1/2 salt. Then, shake it so everything is mixed together. After you're done brushing your teeth (with regular toothpaste), just put a little bit of banking soda/salt on your tooth brush and finish up with that. It works great and it REALLY does make your teeth whiter. You should see a difference.
