advice

a girl in my school named courtney died last night in a tragic car crash. my friends whose mother recently died was friends with this girl so it really hurt her. i was crying, too, but she's been through so much more. i don't know what to do on this one, guys. im grieving but i want to be there for my friend at the same time. i don't know what to do. please help me.

I have some things that I think are important and I want you to know.

1)Death is one of the hardest things in life to deal with. And I am speaking from experience. You have to deal with your emotions. A while ago when my grandmother died I had so many phases. First I broke down, then I tried to numb the pain by not thinking about it, but instead of numbing it;it all just built up inside of me and I eventually couldnt take it anymore so I finally let my emotinos out. So please LET YOUR EMOTIONS ALL OUT.

2)Let your friend know that you are there for her. Both of yall are experiencing pain from this tragic death. So yall should be there for one another. And GET THROUGH IT TOGETHER.

3)Im not a preacher or anything but I am a Christian and I do believe God has a plan. Your friend Courtney is in a place where pain is non-existant and she is looking down on you guys with a smile. There was a reason God let her come home to him. And I know one of those reasons was to make you a stronger person and to give you an oppurtunity to get closer to him. Give him all of your troubles and worries.
