ok so i have 26days to tone my legs or lose weight in my legs
i was wondering if like an hour of riding my exercise bike on the hardest setting would have any improvment???

Yes. But also you should try the stair master and also ride the bike a lot...everyday. Diet has a lot to do with this too so change up your diet. Squats do help..I would do about 2 sets of 20 every night or every morning.
