I'm 16 years old, 5'2, and overweight. I have some issues controling what I eat. I haven't gained any weight in over a year. I need some advice on some exercises and diets to help me lose weight. I don't have a lot of time to exercise because I go to school and have tons of homework. I do however walk up and down at least ten flights of stairs a day going from class to class during school. Any advice will be appreciated. (link)

i'm guessing you are a girl. most girls today believe that they're overweight, i being a male have recognized so.
anyways, eat low carbohydrate foods. excercise each day for 25-30 mins. drink lots of water
