I am going into Highschool next year, and I don't know anyone because I'm new to this area. I lack a lot of confidence and tend to make friends with girls that nobody likes, because I feel bad for them. Which doesn't help. So i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to become more confident. Or possibly any on how to make the right friends. I also receive good grades so I'm always worried people only want to be my friend because I'm smart. (link)

Dont listen to your friends. Just tell her nicely you just want to be friends for right now. Maybe when yoiu get to know her better you can date. Dont break her heart it leads to big drama trust me im a girl i would know. Be nice to her. I mean why wouldnt anybody like you?

I have a bad probelem. Ok. so I have been datting this boy for almost 9 months. And three days ago I have started talking to this new guy. he used to be really mean in school but now he is all sweet. and he told me that my hair is beautiful and he give's out a lot of complements. and he is so sweet and told me changed. and we talked on the phone last night tell 4:00 in the morning. and talked about people in our school who we would make out with. and I aksed him this girl and me and he said me. so.. I like this guy a lot but yet I love my boyfriend.I just kinda want a change beucase I have been with this kid for 9 months! and I dont know what to do. Im scared if me and the new guy go out and then he will dump me and I will miss my old boyfriend. I just really dont know what to do. Please help me !

I'm 15 almost 16 and i just recently graduated early with honors, and got a few full ride scholorships ( I always did summer school to get ahead and online schooling). But the problem is Laila and Kennedy, my 3 month old twins. I love them and they are my pride and joy. But i'm going off to college and i'm going to be living with my older sister in her dorm because we are attending the same school, and i can't take Laila and Kennedy. My boyfriend doesn't want to take in the children because he is going to be a senior this year and just wants to PARTY. My mom loves the children, but i'm afraid she is going to convince my boyfriend to give up all custody and have the children put up for adoption behind my back, because she is like that. She loves them but she doesn't them to screw up my life. And they aren't. They are just a big speed bump.

I know i only 13 but im the child in ur case. My mom went through the same thing except my dad left her with me. She went to colledge without me and became a nurse she just did it online. Dont let your boyfriend get in the way of the right path. Dont let him make your smooth road bumpy. Tell him that your doing your best to give your children a wonderful life and that your not going to be the only one raising your kids. My mom made the mistake of not telling my dad this and she wanted to be a doctor but became a nurse instead. Dont let him get in the way of your dreams. Tell him sister! And do colledge online its a lot easier with children trust me.

Ok im 14/male and im from New Brunswick and am at cadet summer training center Argonaut have a sergeant from Newfoundland that i relly like. I was told by my warrant officer that shes shy and a sweet heart. Here is my problem shes 17. She always talks to me and when I was having a bad day she always asked me to tell her what was wrong I never did was this a mistake? She always looks at me with her beautiful eyes like if she were curious about me or something. How do I ger her to like me? Ok well obviously shes older than you. Try going out of your way to talk to HER because she goes out of her way to talk to YOU. Theres nothing wrong with admitting to her that you love her. Girls always like boys who are honest. Honesty is the best policy! So make the first move and tell her you like her and would like to get to know her better. DONT BE INTIMIDATED BY HER AGE!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, me and my boy have been together a year + a week or two. Like three days ago, i broke up with him. He was suppose to hangout with me, not, lets call her "tamms". Tamms is one of my bestfriends, as well as his. They didn't do anything together though. The reason was he was suppose to spend the day with me, not her. It's a stupid reason because this has happend before but this time I really got mad cause i cancelled plans for the boyfriend. I always get jealous when he talks to other girls, [we have alot of girls in our neighborhood, boyfriend lives three blocks away] I still love him, and i know he loves me. But if i cant contain my jealousy issue, i dont want to get back together with him. I've cheated on him once in the past and that was the worst mistake I ever made, but we got past that. Well just to let you know if hes hanging out with your best friend, best friends dont take other best friends' boyfriends so theres no reason to be jealous. If he really loves you he would knoe I can only be friends with THIS girl because I already have the love of my life in my hands so ask him out again and tell him youll try your hardest to not be jealous!

It's kinda hard to explain so try your best to keep up with me. You know you like him and as u said you feel guilty about lieing to your parents. Try explaining to your parents that he your boyfriend is not like the rest of his family. Just to let you know the way your family feels about your boyfriends family is the reason your getting angry with your own boyfriend so you can't fix anything until you explain to your parents.

I really think you should get him this thing but im not sure what it's called. You download pics from your computer on a digital frame that when you plug it in all of the pics will go into a slideshow. If you put pics of yourself on there he wold see you every day!
