I'm 16 years old, 5'2, and overweight. I have some issues controling what I eat. I haven't gained any weight in over a year. I need some advice on some exercises and diets to help me lose weight. I don't have a lot of time to exercise because I go to school and have tons of homework. I do however walk up and down at least ten flights of stairs a day going from class to class during school. Any advice will be appreciated.

Also, if you have a gym period, you can exercise then. And if your not busy on weekends, you could spend time with your family and exercise at the same time if you feel like going to the park or jogging together.

But I see you don't have too much time on your hands.
so I'd suggest about 30 sit ups before you go to sleep.
and about 25 leg squats.
It shouldn't take too long.

anyways, eat low carbohydrate foods. excercise each day for 25-30 mins. drink lots of water

You can always make time to exercise hun. Take a 20 minute break from your homework every night and maybe do crunches and leg lifts to your favorite songs. When watching tv, get off up the couch and do some simple exercises. In the end, do what you want to do & im always wishing you good luck =] [ laur021's advice column | Ask laur021 A Question ]
