Q: i have been working out for a few days straight.lately, my stomach has started to hurt.could this be due to working out?

Yeahh I'm sure it's not a big deal. Your muscles are definitely going to be sore, especially if you haven't worked out in a while. You can try taking hot baths if your muscles are feeling tight to relax them.
