How many kg or pounds or whatever can you lose in 2 months and how many calories can do you need to lose each day i only need to lose 10 pounds or soo. Can it be done within 2 months???

I lost ten pounds within a a couple of weeks.

Here's how: A low-carb diet. I stopped eating anything with sugar in it. Pop tarts, crackers, cookies, chips, crap like that. The only junk food I didn't give up were popcorn and ice cream, because I eat sugarless ice cream and popcorn is not that bad if you don't have it every day. I stopped eating bread, too--only two slices a day, and it's low-carb bread. And my peanut butter and jelly was also sugarless. Pay attention to the nutrition facts! If something says 25 carbohydrates, but 24 are from fiber, that's still okay. But if only 1 is from fiber, put it back on the shelf and keep walking. You may think that things like corn and potatoes are okay, but they're not. Those are starches--not vegetables. If you went by the book, you would pretty much be eating just vegetables and meat. But just ditching the junk food and most of the bread will be a drastic enough change.

Ooh, I made a segue to the next part without even trying.

Walk! Two miles a day should do it. If you need motivation, do you have a portable CD player or an mp3 player? Because surprisingly, it really does help. Lately I haven't really felt like walking, though, so I play Dance Dance Revolution instead.

Keep in mind that if you stop the diet, it's going to all come back. So after you lose your ten pounds, you may want to stay on it, just for the sake of eating healthier. Don't stop exercising, and it also helps to drink a lot of water. You may not lose it as quickly as I did--the next ten I lost took longer. But if you stay motivated, you will easily lose it within two months.
