Q: does anybody know of any type of sun tan lotion that helps to get tanned, but not get a sunburn too?

Hawaiian Tropic and Bananna Boats have really good ones. And then there are self tanners like Jergens natural glow and Nutragena... but only use them AFTER you get a little bit of a tan cause it will be really obvious if you apply that wrong.
